M	Milena Howker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid that Clinic! I'm so very disappointed!! They seem to care more about the money than people. I wish I never did it at that clinic. Customer service not exist, very low after care ( doctor to busy to see patients after he takes money)

The doctor that saw me was stressed and had no time really to listen to me. and he was not friendly what make me feel not welcome. while getting ready for my treatment i had no comfort from the nurse or the doctor, and after the treatment was no one to ask me how do I feel. I will not go there again. The reception Clinic looks like a Bunker.

V	Van Ya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are reading this review maybe you're looking forward for a doctor for you rhynoplasty (nose job) or for another kind of surgery, well I suggest you to find someone else, because "doctor" Jiří padera just ruined my nose , my face and my life. I highly recommend to don't come here... unless you wannabe look like an eagle... One year and half after surgery I can confirm that I still have an horrible nose..terrible, ugly... and unfortunately I need to go for a second surgery to another doctor of course..

Dr Zdeněk Pros is amazing and experienced surgeon, I would definitely recommend him as a doctor and the clinic itself.

Incredible is an understatement! He is friendly, keen on details, precise, pays attention to your needs and offers suggestions while advising on the best possible solutions to provide the desired results. I would chose him over and over without blinking! The receptionists (Monika and Marketa ) were equally amazing and super helpful. All the nurses were great. My night nurse (Kristina) is simply an angel (for lack of a better word) .She came over whenever I needed assistance and kept checking on me to ensure I was alright.Ended up staying an extra night :) Happy client
S	Sara M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a saudi physician, a consultant for more than 20 yrs. I went to prague for 9 days and I booked an appointment with Dr kufa after i fell for their advertisement. When i met him he did not even smile. He asked me “ what do you want”. Mind you i booked for consultation and treatment. He was not rude at all but definitely did not feel welcomed. He tried to push me to be done by his junior maybe a fellow or senior registrar but if you are a paying patient please remember to say NO. I decided to leave the clinic without treatment I wonder if that was because they have toooooooo many customers or simply dont like patients from other countries, races or ethnicities.
