I	Ivan Kamas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha bola veľmi príjemná, na špeciálne požiadavky reagovali veľmi ochotne. Izby boli pekne ale je na nich vidno zub času. V izbách chýbali sieťky na oknách. Klíma fungovala dobre. Do centra to je asi 15min busom. Hotel nie je zrovna najšťastnejšie označený, mali sme kúpený botique hotel prokop ale vstupovali sme cez recepciu Three Crowns hotel. Na raňajky je ponuka dobra, avšak každý deň je výber rovnaký. Fľaša vína bol príjemný bonus. The service was very pleasant, they responded very willingly to special requests. The rooms were nice but you can see the tooth of time. The rooms lacked windows on the windows. The climate worked well. To the center it is about 15 minutes by bus. The hotel is not the happiest, we had bought a botique hotel prokop but we entered through the reception of the Three Crowns hotel. Breakfast is good for breakfast, but the choice is the same every day. A bottle of wine was a nice bonus.
Ş	Şule Bulut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temizlik sorunu mevcut. 3 gece kaldık. Odaya temizliğe giren personel sadece yorganı katlayıp çıkıyordu.3 gün boyunca banyo, lavabo temizliği yapılmadı. Çöp alınmadı. Şampuan bırakılmadı. Havlular değiştirilmedi. Saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Bir de camı kapatmayan eski bir perde koyulmuş, üstümüzü bile rahatça değiştiremedik. Sadece yatağı rahattı. Resimlerden kaliteli görünüyor gibi gelmişti ama bizim için hüsranla sonuçlandı. Bir daha kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir yer değil. There is a cleaning problem. We stayed 3 nights. The staff who entered the room to clean the room only folded the quilt and left. The bathroom and sink were not cleaned for 3 days. Garbage not taken. No shampoo left. Towels were not changed. There was no hair dryer. There was also an old curtain that did not close the window, so we could not even change our clothes comfortably. Only the bed was comfortable. It looked like good quality from the pictures, but it turned out to be a disappointment for us. Definitely not a place I would choose again.
I	Irina Irina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Удобное расположение, хороший завтрак. Минусы- в номере были мелкие стёкла на полу от бутылок, тапочки не предлагаются, соответственно можно было пораниться. За тумбочкой были огромные части стеклянной бутылки. Мебель старая, в четырёхместный номер дали 3 кровати и поломанную раскладушку. Половина розеток не работает, лампы и унитаз сломаны, мебель очень старая. Некоторые уборщицы могут относиться с презрением, не пропускать в лифт , пылесосить говорят самим Convenient location, good breakfast. Cons - in the room there were small glasses on the floor from bottles, slippers are not offered, so you could get hurt. Behind the nightstand were huge pieces of a glass bottle. The furniture is old, in the quadruple room they gave 3 beds and a broken cot. Half of the outlets didn't work, the lamps and the toilet were broken, the furniture was very old. Some cleaners may be treated with contempt, do not let you into the elevator, vacuuming they say themselves

The staff, or at least the lady (Tuesday, August 11th) is the worst ever (and believe me when I say so (I am myself a restaurant owner). Waiting like 5 minutes to realized she was just seating, smoking, and talking. She told me “I will be there”. Seriously? I was requesting a service. If not, the hotel should considere to close the bar, or hire more competent people. After that, when I went to pay, she charged me more than I was charged the night before by a different bartender for the same drinks. So, how one calls that? BE MORE SERIOUS.
