No clear instructions - in one moment you get your key back but not the papers and you wait but do not know why and for how long. (Then you realize only the first phase is over and you wait for the second where you drive the car)

Early morning 7:15 is probably better, always with online appointment. during the day it gets busy and waiting time increases. I've been using this station for 5 years, both for cars and motorcycle. Way better than Bohdalec or Motol
