★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the STK workshop as I had to import my car from Italy to the Czech Republic. Not knowing a word of Czech I was worried, but the operators were very kind and helpful, and they followed me in every step (the complete technical check costs 3.100 CZK). Fully satisfied, I highly recommend it to all expats who don't know how to register their car here. I'll be back for the biennal MOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand they don't have to speak any foreign language and that's fine, but even when trying very hard to speak my very limited Czech, the receptionists were extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Completely uncalled for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say really unprofessional service, I called and tried to speak in English, because my Czech is not that good, and the person on the other side just hung up after I asked her if we could speak English. She didn't even try to help me or connect me with anyone else.
