R	Richard Genšerovský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamace bot vyřízena během 48 hodin!!! Ostatní obchody by se mohly učit. Ve středu jsem poslal boty na reklamaci, v pondělí mám nové boty doma. K rychlosti nutno zmínit super přístup, komunikaci i vyřešení nestandardní situace ze strany prodejce. Děkuji :-) Shoe complaints settled within 48 hours !!! Other stores could learn. On Wednesday I sent shoes for complaint, on Monday I have new shoes at home. Speed should be mentioned super access, communication and resolving unusual situation by the seller. Thank you :-)

Prosíme zákazníky, aby dodržovali v této době běžná hygienická opatření (roušky, rukavice při zkoušení obuvi, dezinfekce) a pochopili nutnost omezení počtu zákazníků v prodejně. Děkujeme Vám za ohleduplnost. The store is open from 3.12.2020 during standard operating hours (see below). We ask customers to follow the usual hygiene measures at this time (veils, gloves when testing shoes, disinfection) and understand the need to limit the number of customers in the store. K	Katarína Holubová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejna s obuví Lowa (jinou už v podstatě nenosíme), spíš pro reklamace a zákazníky co vědí co chtějí, nebo vyzvednutí objednávky z internetu. Za 3-5 let jsem zde reklamovala jednou - partnerovy sandály. Žádné komentáře k partnerově váze nebo tomu, že bota povolila u venčení psa (musel se zapřít aby neletěl vzduchem). Prostě jsme se domluvili a zašilo se. Sandály tedy odsloužili již 3 roky a slouží dál. Jednou odejdou na prošlapanou podrážku. Botasky slouží 5 let. Partnerove v dobrém stavu. Na mých je vidět že šmajdám. Nové budu kupovat kvůli dobíhání metra a autobusů - abych v běhu nepadala, musí bota nahradit utrženou šlachu v klenbě chodidla a po pěti letech je na to už příliš sešmajdaná. Lowe shoe store (we basically don't wear another one anymore), more for complaints and customers who know what they want, or picking up an order from the Internet. I complained here once in 3-5 years - my partner's sandals. No comments on the partner's weight or that the shoe let go of the dog (he had to deny that he did not fly through the air). We just made a deal and we got together. The sandals have therefore served 3 years and continue to serve. One day they leave on a trampled sole. Botasky has been serving for 5 years. Partners in good condition. It can be seen on mine that I'm a scumbag. I will buy new ones due to the run-up of the metro and buses - in order not to fall on the run, the shoe has to replace the torn tendon in the arch of the foot, and after five years it is already too bad for that.

But: Parking inside is forbidden The sign is almost at threatening level "your car is going to be pulled away instantly". OMG why? When I came the shop was empty and locked. I had to use the ring. Mr. salesman sold me boots I'd chosen and that was all. Didn't offer anything more etc.
