★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting service! Don't send items and take your money! Especially after they send a dispatched confirmation email. Surely you need to honour that sale!!! If you make the mistake, the buyer shouldn’t have to pay for it. Honor the price at which you advertised the item at. It wasn’t my fault that you mislisted the price on the item, i expect the delivery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent prices, good selection and pretty good service on most days. So far cannot complain. Have not had to deal with returns though, so I cannot comment there. The minus is the location, a bit out of the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered goods in April. I fully get it that because of Corona, it can take longer to get them delivered. Though having every week the promise that "they will arrive next week" for months is not OK.
After a few months, I understood that the goods will never arrive (I ordered them in the meantime through another website), I asked my money back. It took again several months to get my money back. Only after several legal threads, I received the 580 Euro back yesterday. More than 7 months after I ordered the goods. Not good and not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an order of golf balls, glove and socks and have never experienced anything like this. Firstly I don't receive anything and don't hear anything from them. After 2 months of continuous pushing and promises of shipment is on the way I receive the main part of the order, but socks were missing. Then again trying to get the refund, but having to push them several times before I finally more than 3 months after order receive the final money back. Worst service ever and can never recommend anyone buying here.
