I can understand that a bar can run out of ingredients fox mixed drinks. But then you just casually inform the guest and let him order something else.
You definately dont serve a mojito without mint and sugar and then be surprised that the guest doesnt want to pay for such abomination

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. We waited for 30 minutes in a table. No one came to serve us. We asked the waitress for 3 beers, really simple task. And she and the bartender couldn't make them. We decided to leave and we even saw that the bartender was drinking a freshly served pint of beer. Really bad service. Not coming back ever again.
