Another downside, the coffee is quite bad and generic, especially for the Karlín area.

The waitress behind the cash-desk (short hair , piercings) was totally arrogant.
Me and my gf were waited 5 minutes in front of the ice creams to select what we wanted, but she was ignoring us in a total “I do not give a shit” mode, firmly standing exactly behind the cash-desk.
When she finally accepted eyes-contact, she told us rudely that we have to come where she was standing, while we just wanted information on the available flavours displayed.
She said no, you have to come here
I asked if it was too difficult for her to move to us ?
She said yes, and that I needed to chose cup size. (Honey, we wanted first to gave info, then I tell you how big is my ice cream selection, do you copy ?)
I gently left the shop, telling her bad words. ?
Dear Management, that us how your Sunday worker (does not) work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ice cream! And they have seasonal flavours, like gingerbread at Christmas time ? This time I went for vanilla and coconut with no added sugar (another great thing). Keep it cool! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here a few times and I can’t say it’s my favorite ice cream place as I found pieces of ice in sorbet which is not nice, but I appreciate they have also vegan and sugar free options. The taste of nero was surprisingly nice, but consistency was very running and melted right after it was put to the cup.
