★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedno z nejvýznamějších míst města Olomouce. Na původní kostel sv. Blažeje zde bohužel nezůstala žádná upomínka kromě paloučku uprostřed náměstí a jména náměstí. Kdysi tu stával významný městský kostel zvláštního tvaru, který byl za Jozefinských reforem zrušen a bohužel za čas zchátral a musel být strhnut. Kostel a Německá osada kolem něj tu stávala celá staletí před založením královské Olomouce a spolu s českou/slovanskou osadou kolem sv. Mořice a židovskou osadou pod sv. Michalem byly základem pro nové město.
 One of the most important places in the city of Olomouc. The church and the German settlement around it stood here for centuries before the founding of Royal Olomouc and together with the Czech / Slavic settlement around St. Mořice and the Jewish settlement under St. Michal was the basis for a new city.
