Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial

Exquisite room designs. Friendly service. Easy parking. Bit pricey but still reasonable. Clean and always tidy.

We came from France. We was there for a boxing tournament in Liberec. It's definitely a luxury brand. Even if we was tired and my collègue was Angry, the receptionist named Jacub resolved very calmly and professionally all our issues. The 2 night we were there, he helped us in a personalized way. We are very thankful. We will come back for sure! Room was perfect, clean bathroom with jacuzzi. Very close (walking distance) from the city center, mall restaurant and clubs. High quality materials breakfast included were excellent. We definitely have our place in Liberec!

Nice, stylish rooms with limited area. Cost efficient and clean. Everything good. Lost electricity in one room. Directly got a new one. Great service!

You'd think the rooms would be proper given the price and the "name" of the hotel, but we were rather disappointed. It was worn out and needed some refurbishing. The location is quite dodgy, but close to DOK cafe and iQlandia which I like very much.

+ location - close to a train station, bus station, central bus station; there is also a mall nearby + AC + big bathtub + large safe - I was able to put my full frame camera, telephoto lens and tablet there with space to spare + room design - look & feel- very elegant, stylish, lot of mirror/glass everywhere, color changing ambient lights are a nice touch + room design - practicality - location of labeled light switches, number and location of wall outlets, pull out drawer in the closet with a kettle, remote controlled curtains, storage space drawer under the bed and probably more things can't remember right now + welcome note + info about who prepared the room for you + all room amenities you can think of (e.g. kettle, nespresso machine, ironing board, umbrella, toiletries, ...) + great breakfast options - there should be no issue for people with food intolerancies/allergies or healthy food junkies to put a breakfast together; I was very pleasantly surprised when saw soy milk there + staff - polite, nice, helpful; when had an issue with the lock in my room on the second day, they let me choose a new room from all unoccupied designer rooms ( chose a room called Beauty of the North, simple, elegant, lot of light wood surfaces, glass door to bathroom) price to comfort/service ratio is incredible All in all, this was my best hotel experience ever and am very likely to stay there next time am in Liberec, or try out another hotel from Pytloun chain in other locations in the future. Thanks a lot to the two amazing receptionists who were there during my stay.

1. Came there earlier (12:30, check in starts at 14). Had to wait in a lobby, stuff didn’t offer any water at least. After check in figured out, that every host has a free welcome Prosecco glass, don’t understand, why stuff didn’t offer it while I was waiting for 1,5h in a lobby. On a web site figured out that there has to be free tapas from 12-18, of course there weren’t anything, and I couldn’t please myself after the road. So had to ask for it closer to 5 at the reception and was waiting for it for 40 minutes Another unpleasant thing is that the hotel block 2000czk from your card in case you d like smth in a room bar - never met this in any hotel I stayed, it is highly unpleasant thing! And after check out still they don’t return the money, you have to wait for it for 2-3 days Rooms are ok, TV is ok. Nespresso capsules are not Nespresso of course and they are not for free!!! Sick Not telephone in the room and no room service So, the hotel is overpriced for its services. Services are ridiculous, meaning this 80eur blocking in advance, and not really helpful stuff(when you arrive early)

The service is great. There is free welcome drink and tapas for costumers everyday. Breakfast is delicious and many choices of milk, eggs and bakery. Will definitely come back❤️

Beautiful hotel in a convenient hotel close to the center. Ok rooms, my shower had only cold or hot water, nothing in between. We were not informed that breakfast starts at 7h30. No cooperation for an early breakfast box or something ...
