Nedoporučuji. Dámy by měly jít na školení příjemného chování, vstřícnosti a ochoty. S tím vším jsem se na pobočce nesetkala!
I do not recommend. Ladies should go to training for pleasant behavior, helpfulness and willingness. I haven't encountered all this at the branch!

Byl jsem dlouholetým a velmi spokojeným klientem ING banky a to až do okamžiku, kdy se rozhodla své aktivity v České republice ukončit. Dostal jsem nabídku přejít do Raiffeisen banky s bonusem 500,-Kč a stejným úročením jako u ING. Raiffeisen banka se mnou 19. dubna podepsala smlouvu a na základě této smlouvy mi měla nejpozději do 13. května převézt prostředky z účtu vedeného u ING banky, což se nestalo. Z výše uvedených důvodů jsem 16. srpna navštívil jejich pobočku, kde mi pracovníci slíbili sjednání nápravy. Nic se nestalo, tak jsem 7.září napsal GŘ banky p.Vidovi. Ten mou žádost předal ombudsmanovi banky p.Mrzenovi, který mi následující den slíbil, že mě pracovníci banky budou kontaktovat. Bohužel ani po měsíci se tak nestalo. Jako v té pohádce o kohoutkovi a slepičce... Mám podepsanou smlouvu s jedním z prestižních bankovních ústavů, tuto smlouvu ale Raiffeisen bank nenaplnila. Peníze jsem byl nucen převést do jiné banky, kde jsem spokojen. Bohužel pachuť po zavádějící marketingové kampani Raiffeisen banky, jejich neschopnosti a odrazujícímu přístupu ke klientům zůstala.
I was a long-term and very satisfied client of ING banka until the moment when she decided to end her activities in the Czech Republic. I received an offer to transfer to Raiffeisen Bank with a bonus of CZK 500 and the same interest rate as at ING. Raiffeisen banka signed an agreement with me on 19 April and, on the basis of this agreement, was to transfer funds from an account held with ING banka by 13 May at the latest, which did not happen. For the above reasons, I visited their branch on August 16, where the staff promised to arrange a remedy. Nothing happened, so on September 7, I wrote to the bank's DG Mr. Vida. He forwarded my request to the bank's ombudsman, Mr. Mrzen, who promised me the next day that the bank's staff would contact me. Unfortunately, this did not happen even after a month. Like in that fairy tale about a tap and a hen ... I have signed a contract with one of the prestigious banking institutions, but Raiffeisen bank has not fulfilled this contract. I was forced to transfer the money to another bank, where I am satisfied. Unfortunately, the taste for Raiffeisen Bank's misleading marketing campaign, their incompetence and dissuasive approach to clients remained.

MILUJU !!! Odešel jsem k Raiffce po tom, co ING zavřela krám. Co MILUJU je, že když zavolám na číslo, zvedne to člověk a pomůže mi s čím potřebuji. Žádné otravné IVR (hlasový systém) kde 10 minut mačkáte čísla a doufáte, že se k nějakému člověku proklikáte. Je vidět, že upřednostňují klienty před šetření náklady (na klientech) jako jiné banky. Jejich internetové bankovnictví sice vypadá zastarale, ale funguje skvěle. Teď jsem během 20 minut založil spořící účet (úrok 4,5% wow), převedl tam všechny peníze z osobního účtu a navíc zažádal o kartu, snadno a rychle. Díky
I LOVE !!! I went to see Raiffce after ING closed the store. What I LOVE is that when I call a number, a person picks it up and helps me with what I need. No annoying IVR (voice system) where you press numbers for 10 minutes and hope to click on someone. It can be seen that they prefer clients over cost savings (on clients) like other banks. Their internet banking may look outdated, but it works great. Now, within 20 minutes, I set up a savings account (4.5% wow interest), transferred all the money from my personal account there, and applied for a card, easily and quickly. Thanks

Be aware of some limits for money withdrawal. You supposed to order well ahead before visiting the bank.

When you scheduled appointment expected waiting. I gave it up after an hour waiting and leave. Even more strange it was that I came to the branch after their convince me by their call center. There has to be better banking services than this.

Had negative experience with the bank. Had to accomplish money transfer. A banker made a mistake in the account details, I had to wait for 5 days to get notification about error, whereas they mislead me with "success execution", Over 2-3 days that just created reclaim as a result over 8 days working days transaction were not completed. As a result out of investments, bad reputation.

Absolutely disgusting service. I made an international transfer from Russia to myself (everything is legal, my bank is not under sanctions). I've been waiting for this translation for 3 weeks! employees write letters just to keep me behind them. No information is given. My bank in Russia said that my transfer was stuck in the correspondent bank. Gave all the coordinates. but RB says they can't contact anyone. how is this possible? It's terrible, maybe it's discrimination against me, because in Russian, I don't know. now it is fashionable to introduce self-sanctions.
