I called the taxi driver 45 minutes before and said myself .. ,, At 14:05, yes no problem. A few minutes after 14:05 taxi nowhere, so I call back to RB Taxi and ask where it is that I had ordered a taxi. The driver was confused that he hardly knew what was going on. After a few minutes, he calls me back that a colleague is stuck and sends me another taxi and another company z If I hadn't called, I would be standing there until now and I would not have gotten home by train. After another minute, they picked up a call for us and asked when we could expect Taxi to arrive, to us without any justification as to why we were still waiting for the ordered car (the driver hung up). After calling 777 702 702 from another telephone number, the driver picked up the phone for us and said that the car was allegedly waiting for us at the given address at the entrance, where we are waiting until now! (1: 011) still without a car !!! And she hung up again. It would be more than appropriate to arrange order with drivers and teach them dust-free communication with the customer… This action of your drivers (persons taking orders) is… .. However, if they already pick up the customer's phone, they can give real information that, for example, they are not catching up and the customer can arrange otherwise and DO NOT GIVE LOVE INFORMATION AND MAKE A CALL WITHOUT ANSWER! Taking into account the past experience with your transport regarding the car / price, etc. there is nothing to point out, but communication is really critical here… Among other things, we are calling until now, ie 1:22 The 115th call is still canceled without information on whether the ordered car was not. This way, a really reliable Taxi Service should not (not) work.
