G	G P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem velmi zklamaný z neprofesionálního jednání realitního makléře Jana Schickera. Nic takového jsem nezažil. Již na prohlídce bytu ve Vavřenově ulici, v Praze, jsem mu sdělil, že o byt mám 100% zájem a sdělil jsem mu o sobě veškeré osobní informace. Řekl mi, že jsem první, takže ho tedy mám, že se nemusím bát. Pak se již neozval. Na druhý den mu volám, abych ho požádal o další instrukce. Sdělil mi, že někdo po mě nabídl vyšší nájem, takže to nemám. V první řadě nerozumím tomu, proč jsem o tom nebyl informován a proč čekal, až mu zavolám já. Ve druhé řadě, nevím kdy se z poptávky na nájem bytu stalo arabské tržiště, ale budiž. Řekl jsem, že to tedy dorovnávám. Opět mi bylo řečeno, že jsem byl první a že ho tedy mám. Na druhý den mi poslal rezervační smlouvu. Tu jsem podepsal a poslal zpátky. Pak jsem si v ní, ale přečetl, že v případě, že bych o byt již neměl zájem, kauce mi propadá. Makléř mi chtěl poslat nájemní smlouvu až když pošlu kauci. Z výše uvedených důvodů jsem mu řekl, že nejprve chci vidět smlouvu, než pošlu peníze, abych o ně případně nepřišel. Přijde mi to rozumné. O další den později (ve čtvrtek) mi poslal nájemní smlouvu. O víkendu jsem si ji přečetl, poslal mu zprávu, že je to v pořádku a poslal jsem kauci. Opět žádná reakce. V pondělí volám, abych se domluvil na době nastěhování a bylo mi makléřem řečeno, ze se mu to přes víkend rozleželo v hlavě, že se mu nelíbím a dá to někomu jinému. Nehledě na to, že opět nic neřekl a čekal, až se ozvu, tak takové neprofesionální jednání jsem ještě nikdy nezažil ani jsem o podobném neslyšel. Rozhodně tuto firmu nedoporučuji!! He told me that someone had offered me a higher rent, so I didn't have it. First of all, I don't understand why I wasn't informed and why he waited for me to call him. Secondly, I do not know when the demand for apartment rental has become an Arab market, but so be it. So I said I called. Again, I was told that I was the first and that I had it. He sent me a reservation contract the next day. I signed it and sent it back. Then I read in it, but read that if I was no longer interested in the apartment, my deposit would be forfeited. The broker wanted to send me the lease only when I sent the deposit. For the above reasons, I told him that I wanted to see the contract before I sent the money so that I would not lose it. I find it reasonable. The next day later (Thursday) he sent me a lease. I read it over the weekend, sent him a message that it was okay, and sent bail. Again, no reaction. On Monday, I call to agree on the time of moving in and I was told by the broker that it came to my mind over the weekend that he didn't like it and would give it to someone else. Despite the fact that he didn't say anything again and waited for me to speak, I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior or heard of such a thing. I definitely do not recommend this company !!

Mně jako majitele bytu obtěžovali již několikrát, dochází mi trpělivost a budu muset řešit soudní cestou. Celkově společnost působí dost nedůvěryhodně, když musí oslovovat potenciální klienty tak ubohým způsobem, a to v době, kdy se nemovitosti prodávají samy a ceny neustále stoupají. As an apartment owner, they have harassed me several times, I run out of patience and I will have to go to court. Overall, the company is quite unreliable when it has to address potential clients in such a miserable way, at a time when real estate is selling itself and prices are constantly rising.

I got one and despite offering a storage space for rental, Mr. Schicker was offering his help with renting out my apartment. Clearly, he doesn't even read the postings and just indiscriminately sends out unsolicited offers to anyone and everyone offering something for rent. Avoid.
