★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since +10 y i am renting my flat i had only poor to very poor experiences with reality agencies in Prague (only so called big names)… so much so that for last years i preferred managing myself.
So to say least, i had big doubts when i got contacted initially.
Finally, i decided giving it a last chance & what a nice surprise!
Kristyna and her colleague Veronika were super reactive, understood well my priorities, the advantages of the asset and presented very serious candidates…
=> The flat got rented in 2hours after 2nd visit.

They were very responsive and helpful, especially since I had heard it could be difficult for expats to rent an apartment, this was not the case for me.
