Fara bývala v Hostivici zřejmě od samého vzniku vsi. Byla však zničena za třicetileté války. Novou, současnou faru postavila v letech 1734-1737 Anna Marie Františka velkovévodkyně Toskánská. Její rodový erb vévédů Sasko-lauenburských je umístěn v hlavním průčelí. Nad vjezdovou bránou je dochován letopočet 1790. Fara si přes dílčí vnitřní přestavbu v prvních letech 19. století zachovala svou barokní dispozici. The vicarage had been in Hostivice since the very beginning of the village. However, it was destroyed during the Thirty Years' War. The new, contemporary parish was built in 1734-1737 by Anna Marie Františka the Grand Duchess of Tuscany - the same magnificent lady, which rebuilt local chateau and let built awesome 9 meters tall Marian pillar. Her ancestral coat of arms of the Saxons-Lauenburg family is located in the main facade of the vicarage. Above the entrance gate, the year 1790 has been preserved. Despite a partial internal reconstruction in the first years of the 19th century, the vicarage retained its Baroque layout.
