★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po vsech tech A3Sportech, D-Sprotech, Sprotisimech, je tohle asi nejlepsi prodejna s obuvi, kterou jsem nasel, a moaji vyber i pro lidi se sirokou botou. Prodavaci jsou konecne taci, kteri maji s tema botama zkusenosti a dokazi poradit.
 After all the A3Sports, D-Sprotech, Sprotisimech, this is probably the best shoe store I found and I can choose for people with wide shoes. Sellers are finally those who have experience with these shoes and can advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den. Super místo, pěkná prodejna, velký výběr a kvalitni zboží, jen ti čtyři prodávající by mohli při nákupu pomocí. Nakoupil jsem za 3 tis. zboží a jedinou službu kterou mi 4 prodávající poskytli byla možnost zaplacení. V prodejně jsem strávil 20 minut a byl jsem jediný nakupující. Vyzkoušel jsem cca 10 druhů kalhot a kraťasy, vše jsem si nosil z věšáku ke kabině sám . Takže přeji hodně úspěchů a pracující personál.

Hello. Super place, nice shop, great choice and quality goods, only those four sellers could buy with help. I bought for 3 thousand. the goods and the only service that the 4 sellers provided me with the opportunity to pay. I spent 20 minutes in the shop and I was the only shopper. I tried about 10 kinds of pants and shorts, I wore everything from a hanger to the cabin myself. So I wish you a lot of success and working staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet zamestnancu si vesele povidalo za pultem, kdyz jsem si chtela vyzkouset boty. Pristup zamestnancu me presvedcil, ze v tqkovem obchode nechci nakupovat.
Five employees chatted happily behind the counter when I wanted to try on shoes. The approach of the employee convinced me that I do not want to shop in a large store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakupoval jsem zboží přes eshop a nedoporučuji. Po přijetí a potvrzení objednávky ( samozřejmě okamžitém zaplacení ) jsem po pěti dnech volal sám jak to vypadá. Paní mi odpověděla že nemají kalhoty které jsem si objednal. Že neví že se ztratil balík. Ujistila mně že se na to podívá a zavolá. Za další 4 dny přišel email že z objednávky chybí svetr. Jeden by čekal, že pružnost bude trošku větší a služby lepší.. a o nějaké nabídce kompenzace... nikdo samozřejmě nenabídl nic. :-) Tímto jsem s Rock pointem zřejmě skoncoval..... a to jsem zde nakoupil opravdu dost věcí....

O víkendu objednávka s potvrzením že vše bude. Následující pátek telefon jak to vypadá na zákaznické centrum vaše. Tam mi bylo sděleno že nejsou kalhoty a že mi budou volat. V úterý další týden přišel email, že chybí pro změnu svetr který jsem objednal. Vše na jedné objednávce. S kým si myslíte že sem to asi řešil, když píšete že to neřeším ze zákaznickym centrem. ? Je to jedenáctý den a pořád nevím přesně co mi přijde vlastně. Jestli jedna nebo dvě ze tří věcí co jsem objednal a zaplatil.... vy by ste byl takto spokojený?
I bought the goods through the e-shop and I do not recommend. After receiving and confirming the order (of course immediate payment) I called myself after five days how it looks. The lady told me they didn't have the pants I ordered. That he doesn't know the package has been lost. She assured me that she would look at it and call. The next 4 days came an email that the order is missing sweater. One would expect that the flexibility would be a little more and the services better .. and some compensation offer ... of course, no one offered anything. :-) This is probably the Rock Point ..... and I bought a lot of things here ....

On the weekend order with confirmation that everything will be. Next Friday phone how it looks to your customer center. There I was told that there were no pants and that they would call me. On Tuesday next week came an email that missing the sweater I ordered. All on one order. Who do you think I solved with when you write that I do not deal with the customer center. ? It's the eleventh day, and I still don't know exactly what I think. If one or two of the three things I ordered and paid for ... would you be so happy?
