E	Ervín Gerlich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdravím, jsme Vašimi stálými zákazníky, ale bohužel si neodpustíme negativní recenzi. Dnes dopoledne jsme si dali s přítelem velké Latté a velký trdelník. Před námi stála velká cedule, která upozorňovala, že k dopolední kávě je malý trdelník zdarma. Nejen, že se nás slečna automaticky nezeptala, jaký trdelník si ke kávě dáme, ale dělala mrtvou myšku. Navíc jsme si objednali velký trdelník promazaný nutellou, který jsme museli reklamovat, protože nám ho slečna dala bez náplně. Po zaplacení jsem se informovala, proč nám malý trdelník nedala ke kávě, když na něj máme nárok. Odpověděla nám, že nic není automaticky a příště si laskavě o něj máme říct předem, jak budeme objednávat kávu, aby ho zadala do systému. Chování slečny nás nemile překvapilo. Nic to ovšem nemění na tom, že trdelníky máte výborné a došlo k zaváhání, které se dá napravit. PS: Paní za námi, která si též objednávala kávu, tak si o trdelník musela sama říct, až po našem upozornění slečny. There was a large sign in front of us, indicating that a small trdelník was free for morning coffee. Not only did the young lady not automatically ask us what kind of coffee to have for coffee, but she made a dead mouse. In addition, we ordered a large trdelník lubricated with nutella, which we had to complain about because the young lady gave it to us without filling. After paying, I found out why she didn't give us a little trdelník for coffee when we were entitled to it. She told us that nothing is automatic and the next time we should kindly tell him in advance how we will order coffee to enter it into the system. The girl's behavior surprised us unpleasantly. However, this does not change the fact that you have excellent trdelníky and there was a hesitation that can be corrected. PS: The lady behind us, who also ordered coffee, had to talk about trdelník herself, only after our notice to the lady.

Byla milá obsluha, která mi pomohla s výběrem trdelníku protože jsem byla poprvé a určitě ne naposledy. The trdelnik was decently erased by the nutella and was excellent. Bought this afternoon at Avion, I'll definitely show up there. There was a nice staff who helped me choose a trdelník because I was the first and certainly not the last.

Takže nejlepší je počkat si radši pár minut na čerstvý. Trdelniky and coffee very good. The only thing I would point out is that the young lady did a lot of Trdelnik and you cooled her down there. So it is best to wait a few minutes for fresh.

I also got a mulled vine, again it was okay. Girls were so friendly and helpful, some of them know English which is nice. I recommend to try the traditional taste from this store.
