A good review around, although more to the hospital.

In the 16th century many vineyards were situated on the ridge of a high hill above Prague´s northern part Libeň. At the end of the 18th century they were joined by the Old Town burgher Pavel Federer. The name "Rochoska" dates back to 1717. At the end of the 18th century, the vineyard estate was rebuilt into a chateau with a chapel and a garden. After 1836 J. Lendecke bought the building and converted it into a sugar refinery. Since 1890 the building served as a poorhouse. In 1903 the chateau was purchased by the Prague municipality and a city educational institute was established there - the name has been preserved at the nearby bus stop. Architecturally very valuable object of the mansion has been Czech real estate cultural monument since 1964. Since 1954 the homestead has become a part of the huge hospital complex "Na Bulovce".

20. st. a skončily v areálu nemocnice. Ta je udržuje celkem v dobrém stavu.
Rococo chateau building, orig. vineyard estates, changed owners of both manorial and burgher origin. A gazebo has been preserved in the former garden, which reminded me more of a chapel. In the end, the buildings and land were bought by the city. 20th century and ended up on the hospital premises. It keeps them in pretty good condition.
