★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sortiment fajn, vadi mi při každém nákupu ze mi prodavačka řekne zda chci jejich zboží v akci. Při dnešním nákupu velice nepříjemné, ze ode me par metru stojí ostraha, neustále me sleduje a chodí kolem me zda něco nekradu, ztrácím pak klid při vyberu a hezky pocit z nákupu je fuc. Konkurenci dmko v dbk je mnohem prozakaznictejsi.
 Assortment fine, it bothers me every time I make a purchase, the saleswoman tells me if I want their goods in action. In today's shopping, it is very unpleasant that there is a security guard a few meters away from me, he constantly monitors me and walks around me to see if I am stealing anything, then I lose my composure and the nice feeling of shopping is fuc. The dmko competition in dbk is much more pro-customer.

If you are going to the Rossman shops at Budejovicka due to some presents they have in their flyer, don't. Unless you specifically ask for the present they do not give it to you. And even when asking for it, to me it happened that almost always they say that they do not have the present available. And this happened to me no matter if I went to these shops at the beginning or at the middle or at the end of the offers' validity period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and uncooperative personal working there, including the manager herself (cannot provide a name, she didn’t had name tag or introduced herself in general) I never had such awful experience in any other Rossmann store! My advice is, avoid this particular one located at metro Budejovicka, you will loose your time and nerves.
