★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As much as I love the products, I will not go to this branch again. The staff were extremely rude. Once they realised I was not Czech, they started giggling and pointing at me. Did they not think I'd notice? Erm, ladies, if I should even call you that, do you think I can't hear your time and see your faces just because I don't know the words? This is a convenient location for me but I would rather go miles out of my way than go in here again. I advise better staff or this branch won't be worth keeping open. I went into he one in Nový Smíchov And the staff were lovely. There is no excuse for this. And as we were obviously being personal, perhaps someone should gently point out to hear women that they need not wear the company's entire range of makeup all at once.
