P	Peter Balint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal som vymenit displej cena 1350Kc, po asi pol hodine som prisiel, pan mi frajersky oznamil, ze odlomil nieco na tlacidle Home button tak mi nauctovali dalsich 950Kc za novy. Prevzal som mobil a pan, ze Home button je vymeneny, ale bohuzial mi nefunguje otlacok prsta. Tak co uz. Na druhy den po prevzani a zaplateni 2599Kc aj s vycistenim iPhonu mi zacalo piskat v sluchadle, mikrofon blbol, tak som sa vratil, ze ci nahodou nieco zle neposkladali, ze vraj nie. Chceli to poslat nejakemu technikovy, co som si myslel, ze technicky zdatny su oni, trvalo by to cca 30dni. Nemali ani zaujem mobil otvorit a skontrolovat. Nesuhlasil som, mobil potrebujem kvoli praci. Kaslem na cely taky fuseracky servis. NEDOPORUCUJEM!!! They wanted to send it to some technician I thought they were technically fit, it would take about 30 days. They were not even interested in opening and checking the phone. I didn't agree, I need a cell phone for work. Also fuseracky cell service. NEDOPORUCUJEM !!!
R	Radek Zajic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechával jsem vyměnit rozbité sklo na iPadu Air první generace. iPad byl v servisu celkem dva měsíce, přičemž k výměně skla servisem došlo celkem třikrát (každá výměna kromě poslední způsobila okamžitě problém s dotykovou vrstvou). iPad jsem po druhé výměně dostal s promáčknutým home buttonem - tento problém neopravili ani u poslední výměny. Home button jsem po asi měsíci používání musel na vlastní náklady nechat vyměnit u konkurence, protože se úplně propadl. Po půl roce od výměny začíná iPad zase dělat psí kusy s dotykovou vrstvou, náhodně dochází k dotykům na mnoha místech na displeji, přepínají se obrazovky na domovské obrazovce, a iPad bude muset brzy zase do servisu (což je zvlášť teď při omezení volného pohybu dost potíž). Dvě hvězdičky dávám proto, že kromě první výměny skla byly všechny další výměny zdarma v rámci reklamace; měl-li bych výměnu platit, bude to jedna hvězdička. Ale přesto - raději navštivte konkurenci. Jinak by se vám lehce mohlo stát, že je vyrušíte a budou vás muset obsloužit. Na panu prodejci je bohužel též vidět, že svou práci takto vykonává již nějaký pátek. Návštěvu doporučuji, když si chce někdo dobrovolně nechat hnout žlučí. (Jeden chtěl jít asi kouřit a oblékal si bundu, ucejtil kšeft, tak neochotně tu bundu zas odložil) Chtěli po mě odemknout telefon, ani neřekli proč. Musela jsem se dovtípit, že kontrolují stav telefonu, aby se vyhnuli reklamacím atd. Ale je to velice nepříjemné, kor když sedí schovaní za metr a půl vysokým pultem a vy ani nevidíte co tam dělají. Taky pracuji pro lidi, ale s takovou lhostejností by mi do krámu už nikdo nepřišel. Uvidíme, jak dlouho baterie vydrží... Replacing the iPhone 6 Battery. M	Miroslav Šulc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji, poprvé jsem zde byl s iPhone 7 na výměně baterky, která po měsíci používaní klesla kondice na 87% a vůbec nemluvím o obsluze, kterou to vyloženě bavilo :))). Po druhé jsem zde byl s iPhone 11 na výměně displeje, obsluha zase neskutečně nepříjemná jak kdybych je rušil. Displej mel být originální, ale telefon psal že nedokáže určit a po jednom malém pádu tak z 30cm kdy se nepoškodilo ani sklo se displej rozbil. Proto bych doporučoval jsi dát telefon do jiného servisu uz jenom kvůli zaměstnancům kteří jsou z mojí zkušenosti nepříjemní.
