K	Kristýna Veličková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem sem šla na manikuru a pedikuru, a bohužel asi naposledy… pedikura jakž takž v pohodě, potom ale přišla manikura.. chtěla jsem jen gellak, stejně jako na nohách… slečna pořád opakovala, že dělají jen gel nebo shellak. Nešlo jí to vysvětlit. Pak řekla, že mi jen zpevní nehty gelem a dá barvu… tvar a délku jsem chtěla zachovat, ale dopadlo to spilováním až na kůži a do hranata, takže vznikly takové ošklivé čtverce. Nakonec jsem z pece vytáhla 2mm vysoké vlnité nehty… chtělo se mi brečet a rozhodla jsem se, že takhle neodejdu. Nakonec mi jiný pán nehty “spravil”, i když bylo nemožné napravit délku a tvar. Nehty mi byly i přesto naúčtovány. Nikdy více… Today I went here for manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately for the last time… pedicure so cool, but then the manicure came .. I just wanted gellak, just like on my feet… the girl kept saying that they only do gel or shellak. It couldn't be explained to her. Then she said that she would only strengthen my nails with gel and give me a color… I wanted to keep the shape and length, but it turned out by cutting down to the skin and to the square, so such ugly squares were created. Eventually I pulled 2mm high corrugated nails out of the oven… I wanted to cry and I decided not to leave like this. In the end, another gentleman "fixed" my nails, even though it was impossible to correct the length and shape. My nails were still charged. Never more…

Bloody cuticles left around the nails of the hand!! I’ve been doing manucures for a long time and this is the first time that this happened to me. Half of the thickness of the nail GONE leading to weak nails even though I asked to do it lighter and preferably manually!! When it comes to the pedicure - I only asked for the semi permanent nail polish BUT was also charged with the pedicure even though it wasn’t done!! 550 CZK!! The manager was very arrogant and unprofessional with no sense of business decision making! There are a lot of good beauty salons in Prague but unfortunately this is NOT one of them.

Great service - receptionist is always smiley and polite, the salon is clean and beautifuly decorated. The technicians are precise, there’s a good selection of colours and styles. Prices are okay, standard for Prague. I’m looking forward to trying some of their other services (massage, cosmetic procedures)

After use, the equipment was not disinfected and the pedicurist went to the next customer wearing unchanged gloves. The service has not been finished properly. I have the impression that the person did it for the first time. Heels not worn, skins not touched, nail polish layers with valleys. The second layer of nail polish was applied before the first was dry. Poor-quality nail polish, the employee did not even notice that it was old and thickened, which made it impossible to place it properly. arrogant service. After indicating the errors - they said that it should be so, cuts on the skin are such a "beauty" of the feet. At home I had to improve cleaning and wash off the color. Never again. Feet are too important to be left in the wrong hands.
