И	Иоланта Грекк on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Сегодня зашла туда поменять валюту на кроны, зашла с ребёнком, сразу у двери Дама мне отказала в услуге , ( очень непрофессионально себя ведёт , хамит) хорошо что там сидела девушка которая понимает украинский и поменяла мне деньги ( спасибо огромное) потом вышел какой то мужчина в очках и начал на меня орать чтоб я забрала ребёнка , очень неуважительнее отношение к клиентам , я в шоке как банк может держать таких сотрудников , мужчина кривлялся мне в след , орал и хамил ( наверно потому что я иностранка ) никогда мы не стала клиентом конкретно этого банка !!! Ужасное отношение , я пишу конкретно за 2 сотрудником которые мне нахамили !!! Остальные ребята хорошие, все мне объяснили и помогли. Спасибо Today I went there to change the currency for kroons, I went in with a child, right at the door the Lady refused me the service, (behaves very unprofessional, rude) it’s good that there was a girl who understood Ukrainian and changed my money (thank you very much) then some man came out wearing glasses and started yelling at me to take the child away, a very disrespectful attitude towards customers, I'm shocked how a bank can keep such employees, the man grimaced after me, yelled and was rude (probably because I'm a foreigner) we never became a specific client this bank! Terrible attitude, I write specifically for 2 employees who got nasty to me !!! The rest of the guys are good, they explained everything to me and helped me. Thanks

Málo personálu často nedostatečně proškoleného na všechny produkty zejména co se týká zahraničních transakcí jsou vědomostmi téměř netknuti. Obecně jedna z NEJDRAŽŠÍCH BANK. Ceny některých jejich operací jsou tak vysoké až rozum zůstává stát. Uzávěrky zahraničních plateb mají nepochopitelně nastaveny pouze do 14:00. Víkendy a svátky žádné operace neprovádí, ale peníze vám samozřejmě z účtu strhnou. Pokud by jste chtěli nakoupit cizí měnu vyhněte se jim obloukem, jejich kurzy patří mezi ty nejhorší. Zpětná vazba zákaznického centra je téměř nulová. Telefony obyčejně nikdo nezvedne a pokud ano je to brigádník , který má na počítači několik frází schválených od vedení , které vám bude neustále papouškovat. Obyčejně nic nevyřešíte. Overall, Unicredit Bank is one of the worst in the Czech Republic. Bad and insufficient network of branches and ATMs. Few staff, often insufficiently trained in all products, especially in foreign transactions, are almost unaffected by knowledge. Generally one of the MOST EXPENSIVE BANKS. The prices of some of their operations are so high that common sense remains. The deadlines for foreign payments are incomprehensibly set only until 14:00. They do not perform any operations on weekends and holidays, but of course they will deduct money from your account. If you would like to buy foreign currency, avoid them by arc, their odds are among the worst. Customer center feedback is almost nil. No one usually picks up the phones, and if so, he's a part-time worker who has a few phrases approved by management on his computer that will keep you parroting. Usually you won't solve anything.

The bank employee said that I have to do this myself and she is not going to help me with this. Surprisingly, but I CANNOT do this myself, because I don't know some security codes which should be provided by the bank employee. So stupid. Such a terrible customer service.
