Kdybych vám mohl dát 0, udělal bych to.
If I could give you 0, I would. It turns out that your bank continues to cooperate with the aggressive country of Russia, which has launched a vicious war against Ukraine, and in my opinion this is a violation of all the moral and ethical standards of the world community. If you work with a criminal, you are also a criminal. And by using the services of your bank, I would also become an accomplice, which I do not want and do not recommend to anyone.

It took nearly 1 hour to open a bank account.. And it was not because of the waiting time. I would not recommend this branch.

Be careful when using their cash machines as a foreigner. When withdrawing money, it asks you if you want to bill in your home currency. If you do, you have to pay a 6% fee called "marge". This is a legal trick to make more money. In my opinion it is FRAUDULENT. In addition, the exchange rate is horrible.

Be very careful with this bank, especially if you are a foreigner. They closed my account without notice and transferred money to their internal account. The clerk could not tell me why, but he assumes that happened because I have serbian passport. I was constantly contacted by this bank to provide them various proofs of existance, they scanned all my documents, rental and work contracts also, but somehow they "missed" to acknowledge my address in Prague and therefore closed the account and took the money. I was called to "update" my documents, even that they were still valid and instead of talking documents I was coerced to invest my saving in their index funds. For that purpose they did have my email address and the phone number that they called multiple times to remind me about index fund opportunities. That number and email address were not used to notify me that they will close account and take money.

I visited this branch several times and never bank employees could help me with my problems. 1) I asked to change my home address because I relocated. Then later I found out that they did not changed it. 2) I asked to decrese my daily limits from 100K to 40K, then in online banking I see my new limit became 150K, the bank employee increased it instead. 3) I asked to withdraw cash, because I cannot use ATM due to the daily cash limit, but they answered I should request this type of operation in advance + this costs some fee. ...etc @UniCredit how are you going to do your business if your clients do not matter at all for you?

Bothers me to support my reason of stay in CZ yearly like I'm some kind of a criminal (and they are not internal affair authority), threatens to close the account. Disaster! No other bank in my CZ experience does this. No instant payments in 2021 Ridiculous Smart Banking over-protective code-setting.
