Výhled je docela fajn, ale zásadní problém je v nebezpečnosti horní plošiny, která má trojúhelníkový tvar, a nevyplňuje celý prostor horního podlaží, takže hrozí, že člověk šlápne do prázdna a spadne ze schodů. Další problém je v tom, že se na plošinu vejde jen jeden člověk, nebo dvojice milenců, kterým nevadí těsné objetí. Ti ostatní musí stát frontu na schodech a závidět tomu, kdo je na horní plošině. A poslední problém: rozhledna je postavená do místa, kde se na náměstí připojuje chodník od jihu, takže tu dost překáží. Je potřeba ji proto složitě obcházet, nebo jít nechtěně po schodech k obchodnímu centru a na druhé straně zase po schodech dolů. Stačilo rozhlednu postavit o dva metry dál od schodů... Hrůza. Another problem is that only one person or a pair of lovers can fit on the platform, who do not mind a tight hug. The others must stand in line on the stairs and envy who is on the upper platform. And the last problem: the lookout tower is built where the sidewalk from the south joins the square, so there are a lot of obstacles. It is therefore necessary to go around it with difficulty, or go unintentionally up the stairs to the shopping center and down the stairs on the other side. It was enough to build the lookout tower two meters away from the stairs ... Horror.
