Sounds like a lot of greed and less humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is certainly the best apartment rental experience I've had so far. The service was first class. Alex, Kate and their team have put a great deal of thought and effort providing the best possible service in what is a highly competitive market. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are living next to apartment in Jezkova 12, Zizkov offered by this company via various platforms such as Airbnb and literally every weekend there is some party/loud music, which is quite annoying for permanent residents of surrounding apartments. Reply of Ruterra is either "call police" or "sorry" but situation is still same, as there are still new and new "tourists" looking for cheap alcohol. I don't want to comment Airbnb model, which is generally toxic for locals, but Ruttera even don't care about affected neighbours. Due to this experience, we will initiate discussion about banning Airbnb in our house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment, great location. But there is no air conditioning which I guess is essential in months of June, July. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was little cramped up. No place to dry your clothes = no balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a place with Ruterra Apartment for 1.000 euros for a month via flatio, and the apartment was so insanely terrible that i ended up leaving after ONE WEEK. The apartment was super loud and dirty, with extremely bad neighbours screaming and fighting all day and night long. The conditions of the flat were way worse and different than on the photos and description they advertise with and nothing was working. They were supposed to refund me according to our contract, but they refused to do so and just kept my money.
