D	David Chudán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobře organizované, je to ale hodně o chování spolusáňkařů, což může být trochu problém (například v naší jízdě se dostatečně rychle nevyklidili z dojezdu před križováním silnice, tak jsem málem sejmul nějaké děcko). Co čtu ostatní recenze, tak doporučuji vyrazit co nejdříve, první max druhá jízda, kdy je trať po urolbování ve výborném stavu. Pokud je navíc přemrzlá, jede to fakt rychle. Nicméně i s malým dítětem na jedněch sáňkách to jde zvládnout. Nicméně helmu bych pro jistotu doporučil. V	Vendula Stehnova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dráhu jsme navštívili 30.12.2018, chamtivost provozovatelů nezná hranice. Autobusy přijížděli co půl hodinu. Nahoře jsme čekali 1a 45 minut s tím, že trať se upravuje. Přesto posílali další autobusy. Trať v příšerném stavu. Jezdíte, spíš chodíte po velbloudích hrbech. Trať viděla rolbu naposled v loňské sezóně. Trať by se měla uzavřít. Kompenzace za reklamaci nebyla dostatečná a plnohodnotná. Chtíč po penězích má své hranice. Still, they sent more buses. Track in terrible condition. You ride, you rather walk on camel humps. The track last saw a snowmobile last season. The track should be closed. A	Aleš Marek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečný návrat do dětských let. Trasa byla upravená, místy docela prudká, ale v pohodě ubrzditelná. Vše skvěle zorganizované. Jízda autobusem byla větší adrenalin, než jízda na saních (na stojáka a vyhýbání se protijedoucím autobusů) ? Sice má mít dráha prý 3km, ale pocitově nám přišla kratší. Chtěli jsme jen jet a jet dál. Rozhodně doporučujeme kuklu na obličej a lyžařské brýle, zvlášť pro malé děti, které jedou s dospělou osobou, protože sníh od brzdění od nohou letí dítěti rovnou do obličeje. Takže i v počasí bez sněžení je to rozhodně výhodou. No a je potřeba hned na startu jet, protože při poslední jízdě jste na autobusu max 5 minut před jeho odjezdem do Špindlu. W	Wioletta Kowalska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super zabawa! Piekne widoki! Mam jednak jedno ale...tor zbyt rzadko wyrównywany, miejscami ogromne doły. Mimo to i tak warto...poprostu trzeba przejechać trase raz w wolnym tempie...zapamiętać przeszkody(doły) i kolejne zjazdy na pelnej prędkości ;) a tak powaznie to uważajcie. Wsiadajcie do autobusu w Spindlerowym przy basenie a nie w centrum - tam jest duuuzo tanszy parking. Super fun! Beautiful views! However, I have one but ... the track is not leveled too often, huge holes in places. Still, it's still worth it ... you just have to complete the route once at a slow pace ... remember the obstacles (pits) and subsequent descents at full speed;) be careful about it. Take the bus in Spindleruv Mlyn, by the pool, not in the center - there is a lot cheaper parking there.

Na początku poproszono obsługę aby poczekała 2min na osoby które idą z dziećmi a chcą skorzyatać z wyjazdu w odpowiedzi usłyszałem że autobus odjeżdża o 19:00 i nawet pojedzie pusty ale nie zaczekają w ostatecznośći okazało się że nie było takiej potrzeby bo wszyscy chętni stawili się o czasie ale 3min pyskówka i obrażanie że jesteśmy z Polski to robimy problemy, (gdybyśmy nie wsiedli to żeczywiście był by pusty. Następnie żadnej informacji o tym iż autobus powrotny odjeżdża o 19:50 dotarliśmy o 19:51 autobus odjechał z kilkoma osobami kierowca nam potrąbił a 11 osób pozostało bez transportu do miasta zainteresowanie pojawiło się wówczas gdy oznajmiliśmy obsłudze że zabieramy sanki do miasta gdyż nanich zjedziemy skoro niema autobusu. Usłyszeliśmy w odpowiedzi że możemy sobie wezwać taxi. W ostateczność grupa ludzi również z małymi dziećmi po zmroku przez las bez oświetlenia ruszyła do miasta na pieszo. Trasa nie przygotowana wyboista a 25% trasy trzeba pokonać pieszo gdyż jest płasko. Nikt nie sprawdza czy ilość osób które wyjechały na trase dotarło do celu i w przypadku zagrożenia nikt by się o wypadku nie dowiedział. SZCZERZE NIE POLECAM a obsługę to powinni nauczyć szacunku do klijenta I have not experienced such a badly organized tourist event anywhere else. We heard in response that we could call a taxi. As a last resort, a group of people, also with small children, went on foot through the forest without lighting after dark. The route is not prepared, bumpy and 25% of the route must be covered on foot because it is flat. Nobody checks whether the number of people who went on the route reached their destination and in case of danger, no one would know about the accident. I honestly do not recommend it and the service should teach them to respect the client
