Saunia Centrum Krakov

Smaller than some Saunas, but clean, nice staff and mostly few people.

This is probably not specifically for Saunia Krakow, but for Saunia in general. The staff lured me to the next free entry if I got a loyalty card from them. On the next visit, I activated the voucher for free entry as part of the loyalty card and the staff did not acknowledge it to me that I was not entitled to it. A big disappointment for me. Why does Saunia offer it at all and attract clients when it is then unable to fulfill the promotion?

This branch of Saunia suits me. I choose about less exposed times, but it often happens that there are only a few other people there with me. I don't understand why people get angry over a shared locker room when there are changing cabins - if you already want privacy. It's always clean there and I haven't experienced an unpleasant service yet, on the contrary, the young lady 15 minutes before closing time willingly baked us toast and cut the vegetables, even though she already had everything tidy. The menu is wide enough for everyone to choose from drinks to something small to eat, so the lemonade will be a chemical shoe, but there's nothing you can do: D. I take the star for the fact that some days there are no ceremonies and it is not notified anywhere - for example on the web / facebook (but when they are already taking place, they are very nice :-). The price is reasonable, but it's a pity that there is no bargain package or season ticket with entries that are even cheaper, or perhaps some "reward for loyalty" or other bargain action. And I still lack some hangers next to the saunas, I think it would be much more practical than always crumbling a totally wet sheet with a towel into those little squares (shelves) - at best, your towel will be taken away because someone made a square: D. By the way, the website Saunie says that parking Parking is 4 hours free, in fact, parking is free in the underground garages only for 2 hours, beware, it is better to park outside. But otherwise I evaluate it positively, there are fewer saunas and overall this branch is a quiet and pleasant place to relax.

One of the better branches, but men's showers would like more care when it comes to cleaning. I would appreciate in a tropical sauna listed 50 ° C, but there is always 70 ° C

I was for the first time today and I am satisfied! Clean, nice staff who will inform you where what is located. Saunas great, few people! I didn't mind that there was a ceremonial sauna in the service, I was fine with the rest. I just didn't find a relaxation zone, so I settled into a chair at the bar, but I missed the couch the most. I definitely need to go to the relaxation zone.

So this was the last time we were in this branch. At the bar, a guy who can't speak, and at the reception, the staff was absolutely confused when he left, he didn't know which one was beating at all, we didn't take the extension to the parking lot, we paid at the exit at the bottom. We had bottomless cups, so they charged us nonsense there. I won't argue with them, I certainly won't go next time.
