Paní mi totálně zprznila psa, zlatého retrívra celého oholila, všude po těle má rýhy, díry, jak kdyby se na něm někdo učil stříhat. Vzhledem k tomu že má podnik více poboček a dokonce nabízí kurzy stříhání psů tak jsem čekala kvalitní práci. Teď budu čekat půl roku než bude pes vypadat zase normálně... I visited the salon in Úholičky for the first and last time !! The lady totally ruffled my dog, shaved the golden retriever all over her, she has scratches all over her body, holes, as if someone was learning to cut on him. Due to the fact that the company has more branches and even offers dog grooming courses, I expected quality work. Now I will wait half a year before the dog looks normal again ...
S	Sabine Malá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechávali jsem v psím hotelu pejska poprvé, odjížděli jsme mimo Prahu a nebyla možnost si jej vzít sebou. Na první pohled to není zcela luxusní místo, ale je potřeba si uvědomit, že jde o psí hotel, nikoli o lidský, takže vysoký standard čistoty s tolika pejsky a kočkami nejde udržet. Komunikace přes telefon byla trochu horší, ale zajeli jsme osobně a tam si vše vysvětlili. Pejsek přijel spokojený, čistý, lehce zasmrádlý (ale klasickou "psinou") a nebyl nijak podrápaný nebo pokousaný od jiných psů. Za nás tedy spokojenost :) Dávám 4 hvězdy z 5 proto, že nám nebyli vráceny zbylé granule (šlo o jednu dávku navíc), ale to nás zase tolik nevytrhlo - spíš jde o ten princip. V tomto ohledu doporučuje všem, kteří o tomto hotelu uvažují, dát pejskovi opravdu přesný počet dávek a ne celá balení granulí nebo konzerv. At first glance, this is not a completely luxurious place, but it is necessary to realize that it is a dog hotel, not a human one, so a high standard of cleanliness with so many dogs and cats cannot be maintained. Communication over the phone was a bit worse, but we drove in person and explained everything there. The dog arrived satisfied, clean, slightly stinky (but a classic "dog") and was not scratched or bitten by other dogs. So satisfaction for us :) I give 4 stars out of 5 because we didn't get back the remaining granules (it was one extra dose), but it didn't pull us out that much - it's more about the principle. In this regard, he recommends to everyone who is considering this hotel to give the dog a really exact number of doses and not the whole pack of granules or cans.
