Před pár měsíci jsem v Karolíně koupila kabát a vrátila ho z důvodu dražší ceny než v jiných prodejnách Sinsay. PENÍZE NEVRACÍ a tak mi je nahráli na kartu. Dne 13.12. jsem chtěla kartu poprvé využít v Sinsay v Avionu. Pokladní mi oznámila, že je karta vybraná, že tam nic není. Řekla mi, že musím tam, kde mi kartu vystavili i s účtenku ke kartě, oni prý mají jiný systém a nebyly ochotné mi jakkoli pomoct.Na můj dotaz, zda mi nákup odloží než zajedu na Karolíny a zpět, mi opět velmi neochotně oznámila, že zboží neodkládají. PŘÍŠERNÉ CHOVÁNÍ. Oni udělají chybu a já mám běhat a hledat a domáhat se. Přítel jel druhý den do Avionu aby si ověřil informace že je karta prázdná a nejsou na ní nahrané žádné peníze . Byla tam jiná obsluha a prý je karta v pořádku a částku tam viděl. Dnes, 15 12. jsem tam tedy jela znovu a nakoupila na dárkovou kartu a bez problémů. Můj závěr je, vyčerpat kartu a už nikdy více. Orsay, Mohito se k zákazníkům umí chovat a servis je nesrovnatelný. Sinsay vzkazuji ať pečlivě uváží, co za SLEPICE zaměstnává a ještě je dá na pokladnu, kde je třeba firmu reprezentovat!!!!!! very bad experience with cashiers and the company's attitude towards customers in general. There was another staff and they said the card was fine and he saw the amount there. Today, December 15, I went there again and bought a gift card and without any problems. My conclusion is, exhaust the card and never again. Orsay, Mohito can treat customers and service is unmatched. I tell Sinsay to carefully consider what he employs on behalf of SLEPICE and to put them at the box office, where the company needs to be represented !!!!!!
A	Any Šponiarová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel velmi špatná zkušenost s personálem. Dnes jsem si chtěla koupit ještě pod stromeček šaty a chtěla jsem si je jít vyzkoušet do kabinky. Slečna za pokladnou po mně začala křičet, kolik kusů si jdu zkoušet. Můj doprovod jí odpověděl, ale zřejmě odpověď potřebovala konkrétně ode mě a zvýšila na mě ještě hlas a oslovila mě "Hej". Dále jsem potřebovala poradit ohledně zboží, které mají na eshopu označené jako k dispozici na prodejně, ale nakonec nebylo. Slečna nebyla ochotná mi zjistit, jestli je aspoň k dipozici na prodejně v OC Karolina. A jako vrchol všeho jsem si prohlížela zboží u pokladny mezitím, když přede mnou byl pár na pokladně. Opět stejná slečna se vybavovala se svým kolegou a qsi kamarádkou, která za ní do práce asi přišla na návštěvu, a pak na mě opět zvýšila hlas, ať laskavě dojdu k její pokladně. Zrovna jsem si vybrala produkt, ale došla jsem. Značka sama o sobě super, kvalita skvělá a výběru je dost, což je vlastně jediný důvod, proč dostali 2 hvězdičky. Kontrolujte prosím svůj personál, aby se k zákazníkům nechoval arogantně. Nedělá vám to zrovna dobré jméno. Unfortunately, very bad experience with the staff. Velmi často dlouhé fronty, více jak 30 zákazníků ve frontě a otevřené jen dvě pokladny z šesti. Spousta brigádníků se motá po prodejně, ale personál na pokaldnách není. Na otázku, jestli je tady někde vedoucí přišla odpověď: "někde tady je"... Goods and selection excellent. The problem occurs when you decide to go to the cashier for the selected goods. Very often long queues, more than 30 customers in line and only two out of six cash registers open. A lot of part-timers work around the store, but the staff is not at the shelters.
