And they charge us a lot of money after we add scratch to already badly scratched car. It is better to use different company. --- Neodporucam poziciavanie v tejto spolocnosti je to len subfranchise SIXTu. Dali nam doskrabane auto s mensimi deformaciami za dost vysoku cenu. A nauctovali nam vysoku cenu ked sme pridali dalsiu ryhu do uz dost dorysaneho auta. Radsej pouzite inu spolocnost. Do not rent here, please. It is only subfranchise of SIXT. They give you car with lot of scratches and small deformation for lot of money. And they charge us a lot of money after we add scratch to already badly scratched car. It is better to use different company. --- I do not recommend positioning in this company, it's just a subfranchise of SIXT. They gave us a scratched car with smaller deformations for a fairly high price. And they charged us a high price when we added another groove to the already well-drawn car. You better use another company.

I rented a van for one weekend with Sixt (the van did not have any Sixt logo on it, I believe that they got this van from somewhere else). After I returned the van, they charged me 120Euro for a missing sparing wheel that was located under the van (I did not even know that there was a sparing wheel located there). I fully believe that the sparing wheel was missing since the beginning, otherwise I don't see how I could have lost it. I exchanged many e-mails with Sixt regarding this but they kept on saying that it was fully my fault. I did not have a look under the van when I took it (who does look under the cars they rent anyway?...) and this cost me 120Euro for a mysterious missing sparing wheel :( Other rental company are located just in front of them in Brno Airport. I would suggest you to avoid Sixt as they might charge you for something you haven't done if you are not careful enough.
J	Josef Svatuška on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is OK but I've requested a car from group Mercedes A-Class, BMW and they gave me Octavia on basic level with comment that these cars are more requested by customers in this locality. Please, confirm with the company what care they wanna give you before you pick some care there.
S	Steven Simsic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were polite enough, however I reserved a "premium" small car, and was given a bargain basement Skoda station wagon that didn't even have a CD player. While the website did list the Skoda Octavia as part of this class (after the BMW, Audi, and Mercedes options), I expect at least a few amenities aside from 4 doors and a windshield for a "premium" car with a premium price. I'd recommend saving your money and getting the cheaper VW Golf, or just rent from somewhere else with better cars.
F	Franta Foret on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it was hard to find the office (the local taxi driver could not find it) it was a pleasant experience with friendly staff and fast service (I did fill out all information on their web). We got a free upgrade from the small SUV we have ordered and although there was a short confusion about the previous damage when we returned the car it was quickly resolved without a problem. I highly recommend this office.
