Nejenže obsluha ani nedokázala přepsat informace z papíru na papír, pouhá duplikace, ale dámskou botu označila mým jménem a mojí botu jménem přítelkyně, aniž by to někoho trklo.. To, že někdo jiný servisoval lyže bez jediného škrábance a ty druhé nechal poškozené, to už je do nebe volající.. Stačilo zapojit trochu selského rozumu.. Uznávám, že obsluha je velice milá, ale její nekompetentnost mě rozpálila do běla.. I had an almost new ski set up for my girlfriend, and I put my 16-year-old skis on service. Not only was the operator unable to transcribe paper-to-paper information, a mere duplication, but labeled the ladies' shoes .. That someone else serviced skis without a single scratch and the others left damaged, it is calling to heaven .. It was enough to engage a little common sense .. I admit that the service is very nice, but her incompetence has made me white.

Takhle by měly vypadat i ostatní prodejny a servisy v Česku. ;) Top communication and willingness. I ordered skis with my own design. Everything went smoothly. The design came out incredibly well. This is what other stores and services in the Czech Republic should look like. ;)

Prý se uvolnil kamínek a na sjezdovce by se něco podobného stalo za chvíli. Jako ano, ale po sjezdovce se to čeká, ale nečekal bych po servisu skluznici v horším stavu, zvlášť za 1000 kč. Úplně to nesedí s motem na webu: "SKI DEPO Praha nemá ambice být ani největší, ani nejlevnější skiservis v Praze, nabízíme ale špičkový MONTANA servis lyží, běžek i snowboardů za přijatelné ceny." I brought a snowboard for cutting. Cut OK, but after the service, 2 new grooves were added over the entire base. It is said that a pebble came loose and something similar would happen on the piste in a moment. Like yes, but it is expected on the piste, but I would not expect after the service the base in worse condition, especially for 1000 CZK. It doesn't quite match the motto on the web: "SKI DEPO Prague has no ambition to be either the largest or the cheapest ski service in Prague, but we offer top MONTANA service for skis, cross-country skis and snowboards at affordable prices."
