Jestli jsou šikovní nevím. Sklo zatím stále ještě nemám. Pan Kohout(technik) mi několikrát do telefonu lhal, že mi nabídku poslal a že jí tedy pošle znovu a obratem mi zavolá a nyní už radši ani nezvedá telefon. Nedoporučuji!! Mr. Kohout (technician) lied to me on the phone several times, that he sent me the offer and that he will send her again and immediately call me and now he doesn't even answer the phone. I do not recommend !!

T	Tomáš Plaček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem poměrně spokojen s prací firmy Alfa Glass, sro. Objednal jsem si výrobu tvrzeného skla na míru a bylo dodáno a instalováno v pořádku. Sice instalace se táhla přes 2 měsíce, kdy docházelo k drobným nesrovnalostem (poprvé přivezli sklo menší, podruhé nebylo správně uchyceno), tak vše dali do pořádku. Firma je velmi profesionální, ale chce na ně tlačit, aby zakázka byla zdárně dokončena. I am relatively satisfied with the work of Alfa Glass, sro. Although the installation lasted over 2 months, when there were minor irregularities (the first time they brought smaller glass, the second time it was not properly attached), so they put everything in order. The company is very professional, but it wants to push them to successfully complete the order.

Zaměření proběhlo velmi rychle, první cenová nabídka dorazila hned záhy, ale pak již nic, po četných urgencích proběhlo opětovné zaměření (prý to extechnik špatně zaměřil) a pak už jsme se cenové nabídky nedočkali. S majitelem firmy jsem telefonovala cca 20x, pořád jen sliboval, že zakázku dořeší, nestalo se. Slíbil, že přijede sám zaměřit, nedorazil, neomluvil se...nikdy jsem nikde žádnou recenzi nenapsala, ale tahle zkušenost byla natolik šílená, že prostě musím hodnotit. Možná že svou práci dělají dobře, my se ovšem výsledku nedočkali. I would like to evaluate the work of this company, but even after almost a year we did not see the realization of the contract. The focus was very fast, the first price offer arrived soon, but then nothing, after numerous emergencies there was a re-focus (it is said that the ex-technician misjudged it) and then we did not see the price offer. I called the owner of the company about 20 times, he still promised that he would solve the order, it didn't happen. He promised to come focus on himself, he didn't arrive, he didn't apologize ... I've never written a review anywhere, but this experience was so crazy that I just have to evaluate. Maybe they are doing their job well, but we did not get the result.
P	Pavel Vodacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ výměna izolačního dvojskla - vlastním změřením jsem snad zakázku urychlil (14 dní), míry dodrženy, sklo se vešlo OK. Ale instalace se příliš nepovedla, izolační materiály, použité původním výrobcem byly vynechány, kvalita lepení silikonem dosti špatná, ve spoji zůstaly dírky (vlhkost ?). Je mi VELMI líto peněz za práci (cca 1000 za instalaci 1 skla). Myslím, že bych to jako laik zvládl lépe. Bydlíme hned kousek. Cena materiálu taky zvýšená proti původní nabídce, ale prý změnili dodavatele. Řemeslníci jsou kuřáci, ale to je dnes asi normální. replacement of insulating double glazing - by my own measurements I perhaps accelerated the order (14 days), the dimensions were observed, the glass fit OK. But the installation was not very successful, the insulation materials used by the original manufacturer were omitted, the quality of the silicone bonding was quite poor, holes (moisture?) Remained in the joint. I am VERY sorry for the money for the work (about 1000 for the installation of 1 glass). I think I could do it better as a layman. We live a short distance away. The price of the material was also increased compared to the original offer, but they allegedly changed suppliers. Craftsmen are smokers, but this is probably normal today.
