Unfortunately, a big disappointment. V10h closed, no info, nothing anywhere for what reason the establishment is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Důrazně nedoporučuji služby pojištovny Slavia. Zákaznická péče, některé služby a především celková komunikace by zasloužila projít optimalizací.
Jediné, co se nedá vytknout, je hlad vytřískat z člověka co nejvíc peněz, ideálně i po konci smlouvy a ideálně bez zbytečného vysvětlování. Máte ode mě černýho bludiš'táka.
I strongly do not recommend the services of Slavia insurance company. Customer care, some services and especially the overall communication deserve to be optimized.
The only thing that cannot be criticized is the hunger to make as much money out of a person as possible, ideally even after the end of the contract and ideally without unnecessary explanation. You have a black maze from me.

A small chain of clinics.
I saved 2000 CZK when buying an insurance and now I really regret it. Not recommend.
