★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in my opinion, the best spa hotel in cz, considering the price aspects. 4s stsr hotel, food is fresh and delicious, broad selection of spa pricedures, big wellness centre connected to the building with an underground corridor, so that one can leave his hotel room just in a bathrobe... I like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean, well endowed, very beautiful situated old restaurated hotel and spa. For a very good price. English and German speaking very helpful staff. Not suited for children, but perfect for a stress relieving getaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, but I expected more, considering it's a 4 stars hotel... The food is good, but if you stay more than one week it's a lot the same. Big advantage is direct connection with the Aquaforum and Císařské lázně, the staff is nice and helpful, the location next to the park and near the city center is convenient and calm. The rooms are comfortable, but as we paid for a superior room I expected it to be bigger and better equipped, the shower is too small, rooms not well soundproofed. The spa treatment is a bit disappointing, some procedures are too short (15 minutes for massages or physiotherapy make almost no effect). But overall the stay here is relaxing and enjoyable.

- procedures are very relaxing, I especially enjoy their thai massage.
- food they serve is the fantastic from selection to the taste
- the whole place takes you back in time so you feel like a baron while enjoying perks of modern times such as wifi etc.
- surroundings are ideal for afternoon walks to make some room for dinner:)
- staff was lovely and helpful
- I was missing more language skills in the English area, but we managed
