k	kaiserliche Anky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seniorenhotel !!! Essen von 17:30 bis 19Uhr. Und dann Phasenweise schlecht ,das Abendessen. Vegetaria sollte man nicht sein.Statt Wellness ist es ein Kurhotel mit der Ausstattung der 90 er Jahre. Rezeption & Spa Organisation ist eine Katastrophe. Auch langjährige Gäste waren von der Organisation entsetzt. Einziger Lichtblick,die Kosmetikerin war super und dort ist es auch entspannend für einen Top Preis. Der Park und die Tiere sowie wie Lage ist gut. senior hotel !!! Meal from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. And then bad at times, the dinner. You shouldn't be a vegetarian. Instead of wellness, it's a spa hotel with the equipment of the 90's. Front desk & spa organization is a disaster. Even long-standing guests were appalled by the organization. The only ray of hope, the beautician was great and there it is also relaxing for a great price. The park and animals as well as location is good.

Service durften wir erst am letzten Tag erfahren. Restaurant-Personal eine Dame und ein Herr sehr freundlich. Schade daß es nicht von jedem so gelebt wird. Sonst hatte man ehr das Gefühl, man stört. Rezeption wirkt auch mehr genervt als Serviceorientiert. Personal in der Wellness war sehr freundlich. Dafür gibt es auch die zwei Sterne und weil das Essen ok war. Mehr leider nicht Wert! Price-performance unfortunately only mediocre. mold in the shower. Check out until 10 a.m. a bit short if you can eat until 10 a.m. Staff not very friendly. We were only allowed to experience service on the last day. Restaurant staff one lady and one gentleman very friendly. It's a shame that not everyone lives it that way. Otherwise you had the feeling that you were a bother. Reception seems more annoyed than Service oriented. Staff in the wellness was very friendly. That's why the two stars are there and because the food was ok. Unfortunately not worth more!

Začalo to hned při příjezdu,kdy nás "přivítala" silně nepříjemná a unavená recepční. Vstup do hotelu dělá hodně! To ví každý. Další šok nás čekal na pokojích. Tady na nás dýchl dávný čas, který se zastavil někdy v osmdesátých letech. Pokoje (z nichž jeden byl prezentován jako De Luxe) standardní, trochu omšelé. Koupelna byla zklamáním. Kromě zápachu byl v miniaturní sprše oprýskaný strop! V restauraci je nádherně vypravený jídelníček,ale při objednávce zjistíte, že část věcí sice nabízí,ale nemají! A kavárna v nejvyšším patře je vlastně jen nádražní čekárnou,kde Vám sice předloží jídelní lístek,ale stejně jako v přízemí,z nabídky některé věci nejsou. Tohoto prostoru je mně upřímně líto, protože by skýtal obrovský potenciál. Tento hotel už vím, že nikdy nenavštívím a ani ho nemohu doporučit. Je to velká škoda. I hesitated with this review for a long time. The hotel has four stars. But you are very dusty! It started right upon arrival, when we were "greeted" by a very unpleasant and tired receptionist. Entrance to the hotel does a lot! Everyone knows that. Another shock awaited us in the rooms. Here we breathed a long time ago, which stopped sometime in the eighties. Rooms (one of which was presented as De Luxe) standard, a bit shabby. The bathroom was a disappointment. In addition to the smell, there was a peeling ceiling in the miniature shower! The restaurant has a beautiful menu, but when ordering you will find that some of the things they offer, but they do not have! And the cafe on the top floor is actually just a station waiting room, where they will present you with a menu, but just like on the ground floor, some things are not on the menu. I sincerely regret this space because it would offer huge potential. I already know that I will never visit this hotel and I cannot recommend it. It is a real pity.

A	Adam Kasa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run down old building, Hotel Garni were we stayed (formerly pyramid 2). The main pyramid is not much better. Just as other comments said we also booked a Double Person Room, not a single and was rudely asked to pay €150 for the 5 nights for my partner. We managed to get this down to €40 with some arguement. The staff in the main pyramid are incompetent and not friendly. Our cleaners in the lower hotel were friendly and nice. Shower head was broken, replaced next day. Shower soap dispenser broken, was never replaced. The only two good touches was the breakfast in the lower hotel was very tasty and fresh and the animals are fun. The complex is full of retired German people of a mean age of 75+. Not a great environment. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here in future. So many better options around the town at a great price!

This is a no-go in 2022… At least the friendly lady at the reception promised to help and mentioned to arrange a solution for tomorrow morning 8am. Until then, rating would remain as is - depending on solution, I would adjust it. Update: after one day, the friendly receptionist changed the room where the internet works now. Thank you very much. Update: internet works, but at an incredibly low speed (<1MBit/sec, did tests and documented). ALso by calling the reception again, no help was offered (and the other receptionist mentioned that no emails are being read..). We also tried the restaurant meanwhile, which is however very basic style. Pool is very old an outdated as well. Changing rooms at the pool are fully soaked and ratehr disgusting. Prices for the room are too high vs the service you get (e.g. there's even no bottles of water on the room - which is usually a standard for hotels of such price range). So all in all 3 stars (2more vs first day where the internet didn't work at all.., as the staff tried to help and was friendly).
