★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited just the restaurant - food and service was quite Ok - definitely step down from last year. Still no CreditCards accepted:( beware 17:00-18:00 the kitchen is closed for hotel guests only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food and above-average service. We had a slight issue with our order, but the staff responded quickly and professionally.
This is a 3- star hotel, in beautiful settings. We really appreciated its quality wellness center, included in the room rate.
The only negative comments would be the quality of mattresses (way too soft) and noises from hallways (people slamming doors) due to insufficient soundproofing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally awesome. A very nice old-modern interior and exterior design blend. Excellent catering and food. Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff you can come across in the whole country. Great location, perfect for hiking and pampering once you're back tired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family, our friends and me have spend every Winterholiday since 2009 in this Hotel and it's always been a delight to stay there! The staff of the hotel are very friendly, the food is always delicious and I also really enjoy the new wellness area. Another great thing about the Erlebachova Bouda is its beautiful location and that it is nearby a lot of excellent hiking/ski trails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ youre an infection hotspot, one of us came back positive. your no-mask policy is not working. we were only in the hotel or out for a walk. masks should be mandatory, also vaccination status checks.i would not write this if i wasnt 100% certain. the place is nice though
