★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Площадь Святого Якуба располагается вокруг одноименного костела. Оказавшись здесь, едва ли сложится впечатление, что вы находитесь на некой площади - нет ощущения пространственности и объема. Постройки вокруг костела настолько довольно плотно прилегают к нему, что создает некое подобие внутреннего дворика нежели площади.
Архитектурный стиль домов, окружающих площадь Святого Якуба, разнообразен - от романского до готики.
 St. Jacob Square is located around the church of the same name. Being here, you hardly get the impression that you are in a certain area - there is no sense of spatiality and volume. The buildings around the church are so pretty tight to it that it creates a kind of courtyard than the square.
The architectural style of the houses surrounding St. Yakub Square is diverse - from Romanesque to Gothic.

Very nice space for meeting friends and possibly for organizing various cultural events. Anyone passing through Brno should not miss this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prijemne misto s radou velmi dobrych podniku (kvuli covidu fungujicich jako vydejni okna). Restaurace Jakoby, Vycep Na stojaka, Vesela vacice ci nedaleky Bar, ktery neexistuje jsou jen vyberem mist, kde se tu za obvyklych podminek da pohodove posedet a dobre najist i napit. Krasny kostel s kostnici je jen tresnickou na dortu.
Pleasant place with a number of very good businesses (due to the covoid acting as dispensing windows). Restaurant Jakoby, Vycep Na stojaka, Vesela vacice or nearby Bar, which does not exist, are just a choice of places where you can sit here under normal conditions and have a good meal. A beautiful church with an ossuary is just a cod on the cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to meet your peers and have a drink. Many places to choose from, get a beer, glass of wine, quick bite, vegan grub or ice cream. Most of the places judge own garden to sit in our use pavement to feel more comfortable.
