Vnitřní zařízení pochází z konce 18. století a z období kolem roku 1800. V současné době jsou v kostele bohoslužby pouze příležitostně.
The settlement, named Prácheň, was founded in the 1730s and originally a wooden church served to the religious needs of local people. A new church in Baroque style was built in its place in 1780-1782 by the architect Jan Václav Kosch of Děčín. In 1854, a bell tower was built, in which three bells were placed, but they were confiscated during the war. Only one bell from 1747 has been preserved. The tower clock dates back to 1855, but has been inoperative for a long time. The church's furnishings date back to the late 18th century and also around 1800. A new wall surrounding the cemetery around the church was rebuilt and expanded in 1890. Currently, church services are only occasionally held here.
