O	Ondřej Suk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi ochotná obsluha se nám věnovala skoro hodinu. Stroj jsme si mohli vyzkoušet, na všechno se zeptat a do nejmenšího detailu probrat. Vyjma stroje nabízí i spoustu příslušenství, takže jsme odjížděli plně vybaveni. Na vyzkoušení doporučuji se předem telefonicky domluvit! The very helpful staff took almost an hour. We could try the machine, ask everything and discuss it down to the smallest detail. Apart from the machine, it also offers a lot of accessories, so we left fully equipped. I recommend that you make an appointment by phone in advance to try it out!
R	Radoslav Šonský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijeli jsme na místo z Přerova vybrat šicí stroj, oproti informacím na webu, kde nabízejí 900m předváděcích prostor a představení zboží, jsme byli dost překvapení odrbaným lístečkem na dveřích (ten jsem bohužel nevyfotil), kde bylo psáno, že se jedná pouze o výdejní místo a pokud nejdeme vyzvedávat nebo nemáme smluvenou schůzku, neobslouží nás. Přesto jsme zkusili zazvonit a slušně se zeptat, zda by se nám mohl někdo věnovat. Paní nás velmi neochotně pustila dovnitř a neustále nám opakovala, že nejsou provozovna a že tam vlastně nemáme co dělat, tak jsem ji konfrontoval s obsahem webu, na což ona říkala, že to tam mají jasně napsané, že se máme objednat a že lžu. Na web otevřený na mém telefonu se odmítla podívat. Korunoval to pak její kolega, který po nás halekal přes půl obchodu, že nemáme pravdu. Nabídku, že se nám za 40 minut bude věnovat kolegyně, která je na obědě, ať si jdeme zatím sednout do auta nebo taky na oběd, jsme odmítli a raději jeli jinam. Na webu jsem ani k dnešnímu dni nic o nutnosti se objednat nenašel, ochota zaměstnanců nulová, celá situace velmi nepříjemná a trapná - všichni máme před Vánoci spoustu práce, ale když přijdu utratit 20 a více tisíc, očekávám aspoň trochu prozákaznický přístup personálu, takže znovu nikdy! We refused to offer us a colleague who is at lunch in 40 minutes, whether we are going to sit in the car or have lunch, and preferred to go elsewhere. I haven't found anything on the web to date, the willingness of the staff to be zero, the whole situation very uncomfortable and embarrassing - we all have a lot of work before Christmas, but when I come to spend 20,000 or more, never!

Presov) za tyzden na palete a pripraveny na pracu. Ak nieco zrovna nebolo skladom, ozvali sa telefonicky a vyriesili sme vsetko k spokojnosti. Planujem este kupit dalsi stroj a po mojich doterajsich skusenostiach urcite od Strimy. Dakujem I ordered av. machine + other things and accessories in multiple orders. The machine came home assembled and set up from Brno (Presov district) for a week on a pallet and ready for work. If something was not in stock at the moment, they called and we solved everything to your satisfaction. I plan to buy another machine and after my experience so far definitely from Strima. Well thank you

Negatívne hodnotím objednaný tovar, šijací stroj, ktorý je nadmieru hlučný a pri rýchlom šití sa trasie a s ním aj stôl. Navyše nesedia presne komponenty tak, ako by mali. Dovolať sa na reklamačné oddelenie si vyžaduje veľkú dávku trpezlivosti. V prípade reklamácie a vrátenia tovaru si poštovné hradí zákazník, čo zo Slovenka nie je lacná záležitosť. Čiže prevažujú viac negatíva ako pozitíva. Určite sa už neobrátim na túto spoločnosť s možnosťou objednávky tovaru. Taktiež neodporučím svojim známym. I appreciate the quick order processing. In addition, the components do not fit exactly as they should. Calling the complaints department requires a great deal of patience. In the case of a complaint and the return of the goods, the postage is paid by the customer, which is not a cheap affair from Slovakia. So more negatives prevail than positives. I will certainly not contact this company with the possibility of ordering goods. I also do not recommend to my friends.
P	Pavla Kratěnová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop for sewing machines and supplies. Fast shipping times and adequate prices, sometimes very interesting action prices. They also have spare parts which not many other shops stock. Also excellent machine repair service- the mechanic is very friendly and skilled. When I came in with a small issue he fixed it right away under warranty. For a general maintenance of my second machine, the mechanic called and explained next steps and perfectly fixed my machine in promised time even though it was not bought here. Waiting times for machine service are longer (as everywhere) but everything was communicated well and clear so I knew what to expect. I am not taking my sewing machines anywhere else or buying the next one elsewhere.
