+ staff I think is really ok, always was nice.
- I guess its due to being a franchise but quite often it happens they have something on menu, but it's not available (is not yet or not anymore).
general thought - Subway should add to their offer sandwiches of "1.5" size ;). - 1 is not enough for me, 2 is too much.
