Témeř po dvou letech každodenního užívání mi u notebooku Dell Inspiron praskl, lépe řečeno se vylomil levý kloub u monitoru. Telefonicky jsem se spojil s technickou podporou, což nebyl žádný problém, načež druhý den přijel servisní technik přímo domu, kde mi vyměnil v rámci záruky celé šasi. Vše bylo rychlé, a operátor i servisní technik byli na jedničku. Za mě spokojenost jak s podporou, tak se samotným výrobkem. I have to share a positive experience. After almost two years of daily use, my Dell Inspiron laptop broke, or rather the left joint at the monitor broke. I contacted technical support by phone, which was no problem, after which the next day a service technician arrived directly at the house, where he replaced my entire chassis under warranty. Everything was fast, and the operator and service technician were in first place. For me, satisfaction with both the support and the product itself.

To mně bylo garantováno i prodejcem EasyPartner Plzeň panem Černým při nákupu. Jaké bylo moje překvapení,když za takové peníze (20500,-Kč) jsem obdržela od prodejce tu nejzoufalejší nejslabší verzi, sice s upgradovanou na Wind.10, ale o to hůř, protože vůbec nekomunikuje např s wifi , stále se aktualizuje a nejde to odložit,neustále vypíná připojení k internetu,atp.a hlavně je slabá a stále se načítá a neutáhne ani 2 filmy. Řekla jsem si,ejhle,mám přece servis kamkoli kdykoli od Dell po dobu 2 let. Zavolala jsem do této společnosti a tam přítomný jediný asi vrátný IMAN (ODMÍTL SDĚLIT PŘÍJMENÍ) mluvil pouze anglicky, česky řekl, že nerozumí a že nikam od nich nikdo nejezdí,jen poradí po telefonu česky až v pondělí. Řekla jsem,že radit mi radil IT pán už za peníze mnohokrát,ale nevyřešil,že chci jejich servismana,ale odmítl službu.Prodejce toho notebooku dal od toho ruce pryč a řekl,at si volám do Dell servis...UŽ NIKDY TUTO USA FIRMU DELL!!!!!!!!!!ANI JEJICH VÝROBKY made in China a "odborné poradce" hovořící pouze svahilsky a anglicky u nás v Čechách v call centru!!! Dell advertises, along with the purchase of a Dell inspiration notebook, a free service for 2 years should something happen to the notebook. This was also guaranteed to me by EasyPartner Plzeň, Mr. Černý, at the time of purchase. What was my surprise when for such money (20500, -CZK) I received from the seller the most desperate weakest version, although upgraded to Wind.10, but worse, because it does not communicate with wifi at all, still updating and it is not postpone, constantly shutting down the internet connection, etc. and mainly is weak and still loads and does not tighten even 2 movies. I thought, yeah, I have a service anywhere at anytime from Dell for 2 years. I called into this company and there only one janitor present (IMAN refused to communicate his surname) spoke only English, he said in Czech that he does not understand and that nobody is going anywhere from them, he only advises on the phone in Czech until Monday. I said IT gentlemen had advised me many times for money, but he hadn't solved that I wanted their serviceman, but he had refused service. The laptop vendor took his hands off that and told me to call Dell for service ... NEVER THIS USA COMPANY DELL !!!!!!!!!! OR THEIR PRODUCTS made in China and "expert advisor" speaking only Swahili and English in our Czech Republic in the call center !!!
F	Filip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupil jsem si full spec i9 XPS a je to naprostá tragédie. Špatná wifi karta, špatně napastovné resp. nic tam nebylo a funí, pomalé ssd a různé další problémy. U notebooku s cenovkou ojetého auta je to vskutku velká ostuda. Neustale se přehřívá a provoz je nepříjemný. I bought a full spec i9 XPS and it's a complete tragedy. Bad wifi card, badly charged resp. Nothing was there and snorting, slow SSD and various other issues. It's a real shame for a laptop with a used car price tag. It is constantly overheating and the operation is unpleasant.
J	Jiří on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, jsem velmi spokojen se servisem. V úterý jsem volal na help linku, že můj ntb, který je v záruce má rozbitý pant. Operátor vše zaznamenal, druhý den přijel opravář a vše opravil. Vše bez problému. Lepší servis než od Dell, jsem ještě neměl. Mám zkušenosti s Toshibou a HP. Poprvé jsem nemusel nikam nic nosit a čekat několik dnů či týdnů na opravu. Díky Hello, I am very satisfied with the service. On Tuesday, I called the helpline that my ntb, which is under warranty, has a broken hinge. The operator recorded everything, the next day a repairman arrived and repaired everything. Everything without a problem. I haven't had better service than from Dell yet. I have experience with Toshiba and HP. For the first time, I didn't have to wear anything and wait days or weeks for repairs. Thanks

Zakoupil jsme klavesnici Dell Alienware AW510K (aktuální cena 3790Kč) kterou používám doma na běžnou kancelářskou práci. Po cca 6 měsících se rozpadl plastový držák klavesy CTRL. Volal jsem na linku zda je možné klávesu koupit (protože je nasazovací a nasadí ji i malé dítě), nebo zda ji mohu reklamovat. Informace z infoliknky: Reklamovat nelze, jedna se o mechanické poškození oznámil mi né příliš ochotný pán na druhé straně a ke klavesniciím nic neprodávame dodal. Zeptal jsem se ho tedy co s tím a odpověď byla, hoďte jí do koše. Což mě upřímně dost vytočilo. Doma i v praci máme pc Dell a super, obyčejná kancelářská klavesnice Dell vydrží 10 let a profi klavesnice za 3790Kč se rozpadá po cca 6 měsících. Něco takového jsem nečekal a z kvality řady Alienware jsem hodně zklamaný. Mám ještě do setu myš AW610M, tak snad vydrží déle. :-( Myslím si, že by jste se měli v Dellu zamyslet nad kvalitou Hello, I would like to share with you my experience with the Dell approach. We bought a Dell Alienware AW510K keyboard (current price 3790CZK), which I use at home for everyday office work. After about 6 months, the plastic holder of the CTRL key fell apart. I called the line whether it is possible to buy the key (because it is a deployment and will be deployed by a small child), or whether I can complain about it. Information from the infoline: Complaints are not possible, one of the mechanical damage was reported to me by a very willing gentleman on the other side, and we do not sell anything to the keyboards. So I asked him what it was about and the answer was, throw it in the trash. Which honestly turned me on. At home and at work, we have a Dell PC and a super, ordinary Dell office keyboard lasts 10 years and the professional keyboard for 3790 CZK disintegrates after about 6 months. I didn't expect something like that and I'm very disappointed with the quality of the Alienware line. I still have an AW610M mouse in the set, so hopefully it will last longer. :-( I think you should think about quality in Dell

If they even answer to your phone call it will sound like they are talking to you from the 1960s, horrible phone quality, I could barely hear the guy on the other side. Then comes in the technical help. I spent 10min trying to explain the guy the problem and in the end he tells me that it's not of his competency and that he will transfer me and all he does is send me back to the initial phone menu that you are greeted with when you call the damned place. Oh and in the end it turns out that the entire this was not free like normal support lines are, and I spend all my credit finding out absolutely nothing. Good job Dell.
