V	Vít Nezkusil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím co se stalo. Vždy sem sem chodil rád. Ale dnes dva velké lapsy. Pokladním (a koukám, že to je standard) neskutečně nepříjemná. 1) objednávka 3 sushi sety s sebou - chyba na účtence 1 2) ok 3 sety opraveno 3) na účtence 2 sety 4) chci opravu a ona mi ukazuje, že to je na jiné účtence jiného účtu - vywvětluji, že to potřebuji na 1 účtence dobvy účtování - následuje koulení očí naštvané bušení do pokladny a nová účtenka na 1 set 5) takže mám 2 účtenky na jednu zakázku - třeba mibto firma vezme a špatnou náladu paní pokladní pochopí, ALE a za 6) dávám 2/5 - rýže je rozvařená - tak že rolka nebere sojovku, možná ani neni dochucena rýžovým octem Californské rolky 2 patky chudé na náplň... Nevím co se tu interně stalo. Mám to tu rád. Ať se tu srovnají. Šanci jim určitě ještě dám. I do not know what happened. I've always liked coming here. But today two big lapses. The cashier (and I see that's the standard) is incredibly annoying. 1) order 3 sushi sets with you - error on receipt 1 2) ok 3 sets fixed 3) on receipt 2 sets 4) I want a correction and she shows me that it is on another receipt of another account - I explain that I need it on 1 bills of the time billing - followed by rolling angry pounding to the cash register and a new receipt for 1 set 5) so I have 2 bills for one order - maybe a mibto company will take and a bad mood the cashier will understand, BUT and for 6) I give 2/5 - rice is boiled - so that the roll does not take soy, maybe not even flavored with rice vinegar California rolls 2 heels poor in filling ... I don't know what happened here internally. I like it here. Let them settle here. I'll definitely give them another chance.
M	Martin Andrýs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem stálý zákazník. Při návštěvě Prahy jsem se zde často zastavoval na sushi. Dnešní návštěva s rodinou však byla katastrofická. Na pás doplňovali prakticky jenom maki se surimi v několika obměnách a nepomohli ani prosby u "opravdu neochotné" obsluhy. Ryba dnes prostě nebyla...Kam zmizel původní personál? Co se to s vámi stalo? Gratuluji, přišli jste o zákazníka.

W	Windicus Viridis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered duck bento. Sushi was soaked in soy sauce, three pieces: salmon, "crab" surimi stick, cucumber peel. The duck was half dry and overcooked, half different crust and was not done well (white-pink.) The crust itself was very moist - very dough-like. The rice was nicely steamed, but impossible to eat with utensils or chopsticks (not sticky.) The taste was appaling. Sauce tasted like it was left in the fridge for two weeks, and it was mostly garlic. All in all I do NOT recommend. Do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere. Edit: Also, long waiting time.
S	Shya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food taste was ok. They need to improve their hygiene and the quality of food. I had bun ngan and there were duck feathers still stick on the meat, was just so gross and lost my appetite.
