C	Chiqui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řetězec Superzoo mám ráda, ale s touto nově otevřenou provozovnou zatím moc dobré zkušenosti nemám. Člověk vejde dovnitř a hned u něj stojí slečna prodavačka, s čím potřebuje pomoct (nejspíš to mají v popisu práce, takže chápu, že to dělat musí)-to nemám problém slušně s eíky odmítnout. Když pak ale člověk stojí u pokladny 4 minuty, tvoří se fronta a ze 4 prodavaček na prodejně se neukáže ani jedna, pouze je slyšet smích slečen, které stojí vzadu, občas letmo kouknou k pokladně ale neuračí se přijít ani jedna. A čekají až vyloženě přijde zákazník, poprosí zdali by někdo mohl přijít. Pak teda jedna z nich (po té do si dopovídá) přijde. Chápu, že pokud je málo lidí, personál si povídá, ukracuje si čas. Ale pokud jsou v práci 4, celý zverimex prazdný a 3 zákazníci u pokladny... Škoda, jinak totiž zboží dostatek, velký výběr i kvalitních značek. I like the Superzoo chain, but I haven't had much experience with this newly opened facility yet. A person walks in, and right next to him is a saleswoman, with what she needs help (probably have it in the job description, so I understand that he has to) -to have no problem decisively with the Greeks. But when you stand at the box office for 4 minutes, the queue is formed and the 4 salespeople at the shop does not show one, just hear the laugh of the girls standing at the back, occasionally glimpse at the box office, but not even come. And they're waiting for the customer to come down, ask if anyone could come. Then one of them (after that, he answers) will come. I understand that if there are few people, the staff is talking, saving time. But if there are 4 at work, the entire pet store is empty and 3 customers at the checkout ... Too bad, otherwise the goods enough, a large selection of quality brands.

O	Ondra Skála on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu nedoporučuji kupovat nic pro akvaristiku. Můžete zde například zakoupit "akvarijní" rostliny, které v akváriu nemají co dělat a místo toho patří do terária. Obsluha je tady ale milá. I really do not recommend buying anything for aquaristics. For example, you can buy "aquarium" plants that have nothing to do in the aquarium and instead belong to the terrarium. But the staff is nice here.
