★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lepšiu skúsenosť som asi ešte ani nemal.. tovar objednaný v noci a v ten istý deň poobede doručený z Prahy do Brna. Neviem či máte teleport v sklade ale ďakujem vám veľmi krásne a určite nákúpime u vás aj nabudúce.
 I probably haven't even had a better experience .. goods ordered at night and delivered from Prague to Brno on the same day in the afternoon. I don't know if you have a teleport in stock, but thank you very much and we will definitely buy from you next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofalni jednani, premrstene ceny. Pokud se tam chystate utratit treba jen neco okolo 100tis, nezaslouzite si ani odpoved na e-mail. Vyzvednuti objednavky v prodejne je ocividne obtezuje, na covid regulace kaslou. Nicmene se velmi dobre nakupuje u konkurence, takze dekuji za "spolupraci".
Disastrous negotiations, exorbitant prices. If you are going to spend just about 100 thousand, you don't even deserve a reply to the e-mail. Picking up orders in the store is obviously annoying to covid regulation cough. However, it buys very well from the competition, so thank you for the "cooperation".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší personál ever. Kupovali jsme tu kamery a stativy cca za 250 000, personál neochotný, pomoc nulová. Dnes jsem vracel kartu od BM (koupeno přes e-shop) která podle popisku na webu nesplňovala požadavky ( možnost posílat obraz do vmix přes hdmi výstup z ntb). Pan mi vysvětluje, ze si hrajeme na profesionály přitom tomu nerozumíme, ze je jasné, ze to takhle nemůže fungovat. Dale zdůrazňuje jak jsem vychytralý, protože nemám na dokladu IČO, ale jen na sebe. Původně jsem chtěl jen vyměnit za kartu s SDi která nám takto v jiném PC funguje s převodníkem v pohodě, ale po této zkušenosti si objednaval z thomana, který výměnu zboží řeší obratem bez kecu a bez urážek.
The worst staff ever. We bought cameras and tripods for about 250,000, reluctant staff, zero help. Today I returned a card from BM (bought via e-shop) which, according to the description on the website, did not meet the requirements (possibility to send the image to vmix via hdmi output from ntb). Mr. explains to me that we play as professionals, but we do not understand that it is clear that it can not work like this. Dale emphasizes how clever I am, because I do not have an ID number on my document, but only on myself. Originally, I just wanted to exchange for a card with SDi, which works fine with the converter in another PC, but after this experience, he ordered from a thoman, who solves the exchange of goods immediately without bullshit and without insults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před natáčením v Asii jsem zakoupil mnoho komponentů na BM. Vše proběhlo naprosto hladce a personál byl velmi vstřícný. Po cca dvou hodinové konzultaci s prodejcem Dinem, jsem odcházel se vším, co jsem potřeboval, a to i v očekávané cenové relaci.
Before filming in Asia, I bought many components for BM. Everything went perfectly smoothly and the staff was very helpful. After about two hours of consultation with the seller Dino, I left with everything I needed, even in the expected price range.

I sent them several e-mails asking about the status of my order and they didn't answer any of them. After I called them, they sent the items immediately but they didn't arrive on time for my shoot.
