★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otřesný způsob jednání se zákazníkem. Přišel jsem, abych si nechal snížit svůj tarif. Pán mi nabídl ještě dražší produkt než jsem mě a při odmítnutí mi pohrdavě nabídl 20kč měsíčně slevu. Jakmile ve vás nevidí zisk, tak je nezajímáte. Po 15 letech s T-mobile končim. Hrůza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 3.4.2020 jsem od 9:30 do 11:00 řešil na této prodejně problém poškozené SIM karty. Šlo mi o vrácení původního čísla, které mám už 24 let. Na zadní straně staré karty (která byla už asi 3x ostřihnuta, zmenšena), je ještě logo Paegas. Pán v bílé košili, který mi nechtěl prozradit své jméno, mi sdělil, že pokud neznám číslo ze zadní strany karty nebo zůstatek kreditu tak to je nemožné. Dvě a půl hodiny řešení s operátorkama a technikem přes poruchy...(velmi vstřícné, děkuji),. Po celou dobu jsem seděl před prodejnou, než na mě přišla ostraha co tam pořád řeším? ...3x jsem se vrátil do prodejny, že to vyřešit jde...... a 3x jsem byl odmítnut. Tímto děkuji slečně operátorce, která můj problém nakonec vyřešila během 10 minut. Počtvrté jsem jen sdělil pánovi, že už je problém vyřešen ať už si nedělá vrásky.

Infarkt mě jen těsně minul.

On April 3, 2020, from 9:30 to 11:00, I solved the problem of a damaged SIM card at this store. It was about returning the original number, which I have had for 24 years. On the back of the old card (which has already been cut about 3 times, reduced), there is also the Paegas logo. The gentleman in the white shirt, who did not want to tell me his name, told me that if I did not know the number on the back of the card or the credit balance, it was impossible. Two and a half hours of solutions with the operator and the technician through the faults ... (very helpful, thank you). I sat in front of the store the whole time, before the security guard came to me, what I'm still dealing with there ... Thanks to Miss Operator, who finally solved my problem within 10 minutes. For the fourth time, I just told the gentleman that the problem was solved, no matter how wrinkles he was.
The answer ... "And what problem do you have?"
My heart attack just missed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pozor! Pracovnici začnou hodně zmateně mluvit a dávají vám podepisovat i věci, které podepsat nechcete. Důkladně čtěte a nevěřte tomu co říkají, informace si ověřujte, nakonec vám totiž můžou přijít zajímavé vyúčtování za věci, o kterých jste ani nevěděli.
