★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightfully strange. Completely charming. Thank you to Antonio, the theatre owner for showing us local hospitality at the Aspects of Alice performance in Prague.
The show itself is like a psychedelic love letter to the city. The technical effects are quite fun and if you suspend your modern criticism about the story's odd and tangential plot lines, I think you'll enjoy it. Keep an open mind - remember, this is not Broadway and does not cost Broadway prices. This show is, however, an interesting cultural experience and definitely worth €20 to support the local arts here in Prague
Pro Tips:
- Ask Antonio for front row seats in the upper balcony
- Arrive a bit early to grab a cocktail and enjoy the live pianist in the lobby
- Stay after the show to learn how the special black light effects were performed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Aspect of Alice at Black light theater was the absolute peak of our visit of beautiful city of Prague. It was pure magic! Everything, from idea to production, acting, music and effects. This is not kind of theater that most of us use to. That's why somebody love it and others think it's terrible. We really love it! It opened completely new way of stage performance for us. When the 1st grade kids and veteran theater lovers both like it, you can't deny that it's just great.
The show was fully sold out (two days ago, 7pm) and the whole crowd liked it. Interaction was great. As well as our hosts, the Ristic family. We came in as a tourists and complete foreigners and left as fans and even friends. So, open your minds and enjoy this such a pleasant and positive experience. If you're from Serbia, it's one more reason to visit Black light theater in Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it's your first time in Prague you should definitely visit it!
It's very beautiful show for your eyes. Very intensive -toxic i would say- colours. Very warm and polite crew, the theater's owner included!
I would like to see some more active and imaginative additions to the show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's cool and the atmosphere in the entrance is awesome...
For the show I don't know I think was a little bit boring for me they need to renovate or change the show somehow.
But.... The end is funny

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met the owner while he was advertising the show. He invited us into the lobby to show us the theater itself (25+ years old) and enjoy the live piano music in the lobby, and to tell us a secret (more later).
The next day we were in the neighborhood at the right time and got tickets for the family (boys age 6 and 10). The show itself is very good and multi-lingual so you don't need to be a native speaker. But the best part of the show is when they turn on the lights and show how the magic of the black light tricks are done. It is almost more impressive to see how they do the tricks then doing it with the lights off.
Oh, the secret from the owner? If you stick around after the show after everyone has left and ask the staff very nicely they MIGHT let your children come up on stage and try the flying rig and look and handle some of the props from the show. Flying on stage was one of the kids best memories from their entire trip to Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaging, funny, imaginative. Good place to forget your troubles for a while and fall in love with Prague. Lovely piano music by the owner’s son and the drinks before the concert set the tone. Hesitated due to the price initially but I wouldn’t mind paying more for the sheer fun I had in a really really long time. Allowed me to relax for the vacation. Absolutely needed it. Great work guys. You may not know but what you do is public service. We live in times when we have forgotten to laugh, be carefree, forgotten the simple pleasures and the joy in being silly sometimes. Superb artists, intelligently crafted show. Must go when in Prague. 75 minutes of good entertainment. Big thumbs up and much love.
