Items delivered broken and their response was to send it back to them in Czechoslovakia and they would decide what they would do (even though I sent them many photos) cost for me to return goods was going to run over $50.00
They refused to respond to any correspondence
I am stuck with hundreds of dollars of broken crystal. I took photos at the shop of my goods to be sent and the vase they sent was smaller than what I purchased
These people are crooks
Stay away so many other reputable stores in Prague than these thieves
