Dnes nám o 8:30 začalo zlobit připojení a za 60 minut od zavolání byl u nás technik, vyměnil špatnou součástku a teď už internet jede. Velká pochvala. Vedoucí technického oddělení slíbil, že dorazí pomoci s nastavením internetu, několikrát potvrdil určitý čas, avšak v potvrzený čas nedorazil a ani nenavrhl náhradní řešení. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. Absolute unreliability. The head of the technical department promised to get help with setting up the Internet, confirmed a certain time several times, but did not arrive at the confirmed time and did not propose an alternative solution. Definitely not recommended.

Technická podpora funguje také velmi dobře a pomoc při problémech je velmi rychlá. Jsme rádi, že jsme přešli od konkurence k vám. Vaše služby a přístup ke klientům jsou vynikající. Via the phone it was impossible to solve the issue because employees could´t find the relevant information. It was promised to call us back, which never happened. We ended up getting contacted by a debt collection and had no other choice than paying.
