Prostory vypadají opotřebené, v relaxační místnosti je stále slyšet hlasy lidí na chodbě a recepční. 30 min masáž obličeje byla zcela "odfláknutá", navazující masáž hlavy pak dosti bolestivá. Bohužel jsem se vůbec nemohla v tomto prostředí uvolnit a odpočinout si. Odráží-li tyto nedostatky 30% sleva z běžných cen v Tawanu, pak by to zřejmě odpovídalo. Pokud bych měla za poskytnuté služby platit full price, tak bych vše reklamovala. Mé hodnocení je feedback pravidelné klientky, s Tawan salony, které navštěvuji jsem jinak velice spokojená. Je to ovšem jiný level. I am a regular client of Tawan in Prague and I must say that the Thermal Salon was a disappointment for me. The rooms look worn, in the relaxation room you can still hear the voices of the people in the hallway and the receptionist. 30 minutes of facial massage was completely "sloppy", the subsequent head massage was quite painful. Unfortunately, I could not relax and rest in this environment at all. If these shortcomings reflect a 30% discount on current prices in Tawan, then that would probably be the case. If I had to pay full price for the services provided, I would complain about everything. My evaluation is the feedback of regular clients, with Tawan salons that I visit I am otherwise very satisfied. But it's a different level.

B	Bruno Monteiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The place is easy to find. Facilities are clean and smell immensely good. The massage services were decent. Unfortunately, not all equipment was ready in the room and the doors had to be opened multiple times (it's particularly uncomfortable if one's naked). Plus, we booked the Paradise massage one day in advance, with a special scent and a milk bath, but the HQ failed to mention this wasn't possible at these premises, so we were just left wondering for minutes if there was something missing. We were just pointed to a typo in the leaflet (and a useless "it's correct on the site") and there was an unpleasant of the experience because of this. Price-wise, it was OK, for the hypothetical services. NOT for what was given.
